Very friendly and willing staff. Nice colonial-era house and garden. Great location...but expensive for quality: Positives: staff; location; garden; service; great wifi coverage Negatives: dated and basic; noisy staff waking guests; price; dim rooms If they could updated the decor, bedding, lighting etc. would be great. Very good people.

My dad and I stayed here for two nights during a two-week stay in Kenya and very much enjoyed it. It was clean and comfortable and felt very safe. We loved reading our books in the backyard and watching the monkeys! Plan ahead if you need an early breakfast though; they won't serve earlier than their listed hours, even under...

This cozy place has a good location with a quiet, garden setting. Modest but comfy rooms with en suite facilities at a very fair price, which includes breakfast. The service was great and they were happy to provide french press coffee in the afternoon. Convenient to Adams Place, Greenhouse and several restaurants.

Ndemi Place is very well located walking distance from Adams Arcade. I love the peaceful grounds. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is lovely. Highly recommend for a place that is a step-up from a hostile but still extremely reasonably priced.

They have great service, it's quiet and this is quite hard to find in the city at this price point and it's located in a nice part of Nairobi. I travel to Nairobi for work, this place meets all my needs, I...

Stayed here for one night with a group of friends in August 2014. We arrived here after a safari in Masai Mara for one night before we flew out of Nairobi. Our guide found the street the hotel was on and we spotted the sign. As usual there was gated 24 hour security as is standard for Nairobi. Check-in was...

Its location is very strategic and it is easy to go around and find places to eat that is economical. There is also a carfour nearby that is within walking distance that is convenient for groceries. The staff is friendly and helpful and most importantly, the toilet is quite clean!!

Good value for Nairobi and Viola is an absolute gem and will do anything to help. We had some issue on the journey in with some Police looking for a bribe but Viola was able to deal with this instantly. The breakfast was simple and tasty and in the evening a snack was arranged late and football placed on the...
