We had to stay at the Boulevard because we were joining a tour that started from there. The place and the location was good. Clean and good facilities. Definitely overpriced if you pay the 210$ per night that would be the official cost, just ok...More
The Sentrim Boulevard is close to the National Museum, University of Nairobi and the Kenya National Theatre. It's quite centrally located, yet quiet and peaceful. After the safari, we found the overall ambience of the hotel was one of cleanliness and comfort. The have a...More
A decent hotel - friendly service, reasonable location, good food and a pool. It's no luxury resort, but after a rough safari in the Mara it feels luxurious. The shower is amazing - high pressure and great hot water.

Jomo Kenyatta Airport is just 20/30 min from this hotel depending on the time you leave. If your aircraft takes off at 08:00 AM, you probably have to leave the hotel at 06:00 and there is no traffic at that time... It will take less that 20 min to reach the airport.
I advise you not to consider taxi in the street. Do not forget there is a very big issue with security in Kenya and mainly in Nairobi where the situation is worst than in Johannesburgh... Ask the hotel to call an official taxi for you or a "limousine" even if it is 10/15 USD more... Maybe it is the price to pay to avoid very big troubles which could prevent you to catch your flight definitely.
Have a nice trip in Kenya. It is a wonderful country ! Even if the situation in Nairobi is complicated, people are very kind outside the city.
