The beds are sitting directly on a tile floor and are pretty uncomfortable, and the rooms are quite small. The breakfast is okay. It is a fine place to stay for a night or if you are going out and about, but the rooms themselves are very lacking.

Gracehouse is a very basic hotel that apparently receives a lot of church or mission-oriented groups. The rooms are not exciting but they're fine. No air conditioning, though, which can be helpful in drowning out noise. While my room was not noisy, other guests in our group said the nearby mall (which operates 24-hours) was at full volume all night...

We stayed here having just arrived from the airport and found it a decent night's stay. It wasn't the most luxurious and there was a fair amount of noise outside till about 11pm. It was right next door to the YaYa shopping Centre which was very convenient the next day for getting some basic supplies. It is clearly used by...

This hotel is reliable and safe but the services available are very basic. The rooms have good space. There are two shopping malls less than 100 meters away with good restaurants and a variety of shops.

to stay in this place. Really, this place is mostly visited by white missionaries or something like that. Busses full with them turning up there and leaving all the time. During breakfast constant gospel music is accompanying your eating, no beers or anything else alcoholic is available. Lunch and dinner are also poor. The quality of the rooms are really...

Spent one night before heading to Mombasa. Simple and basic rooms. Wonderful staff. A lot of meetings and conferences happen here and can be noisy at times. Good food (tried only the breakfast). Close to the shopping mall - this is a great advantage

Although a little aged, Gracehouse was just right for our stay in Nairobi. The staff could not be nicer. We were cared for in every way. The food was delicious and plenty. Loved the morning pancakes and omelettes.

First stayed here in December 2015 then again in September 2016. The place gives one a feeling of being home away from home. Room rate is inclusive of breakfast, 2 coffee/tea snack breaks (AM & PM) with overflowing coffee just within the balcony area in each floor. Flat iron is accessible. Staff are friendly, polite, ready to assist and attend...

We had a full day meeting for 40 people and Grace House Resort has been delivering from the beginning of the year with the recent meeting in July. Food and service is great and the conference room was a great place. Going back for another meeting in September. Looking forward to the experience once again.

The hotel had a very welcoming and "homey" atmosphere. The prices were good, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast is awesome. The staff was very nice and helpful, and I love the trees and plants surrounding the hotel. It is very secluded and private in the middle of the noisy city so you are guaranteed a relaxing...
