This is a nice place, which feaures an open air restaurant and a small, shady garden. The rooms are quiet and clean. Wifi is available in all rooms (if not, ask they'll fix it). I always return to this place. Breakfast has improved compared to 2014.

Great place. The staff and management are friendly and hospitable. I stayed in a single, shared-bathroom, which was small but comfortable. The included breakfast was good - eggs available, plus a spread of fruit, cereal, coffee, tea, etc. The place is very clean and well kept-up. The rooms are around a courtyard rather than on a hallway, and the cafe...

Pros: very reliable wifi (no small thing in Nairobi), great location, really friendly and helpful staff. Cons: high priced for what's offered, very small rooms, old linens, mediocre breakfast. The most annoying thing is that they give you one tiny bottle of water and charge for more water; there's no water filter. In a city where those unaccustomed to the...

In Kenya when one comes to visit you, we give a glass of water as a welcomed gesture, so we agree that provision of water is a basic hospitality and that is why we provide you with a complimentary bottle (2 glasses) daily and in addition there is filtered water normally during breakfast. Thank you for you compliments and we...

i was staying in the external rooms and even if very small they had all the necessary and were cleaned. shower curtains can be improved (after a shower all the floor was wet) and the lock on the door was not really safe, maybe an extra lock can be put. Breakfast choice can definitely be improved (only bananas as fruit)...

Thank you for your review. There already planned upgrades that we will be happening this year and we shall definitely look into the areas you mentioned. In regards to breakfast, you must have had a very specific item you might have required other than the normal English or continental breakfast we offer. Which entitle Eggs any style, sausages or bacon,...

From the time I first stayed at Godials. I and my family have made it a place of choice whenever in town. Nice and Friendly staff. The place both outside and inside is spotless. Neat and Tidy and great service. Close Proximity to yaya center and not too far from the city center either. This facility has been a great inconvenience...

Cute little place which is conveniently located. Took me les than 15 minutes to get to Westlands around rush hour. I had the cheap room which was tiny but with clean shared facilities so still good value for money. Breakfast was decent although I would stay clear of the coffee which had been on the hot plate for neatly 2...

I stayed there on a business trip but unfortunately had to request a room change to due the noise from the owners children. The pizza are very nice but I was not too keen on their breakfast. I remember you and your colleague very well; you were here for some research work. My 18month daughter has a great set of lungs which can ring very clearly in the still of the night…babies and toddlers are feisty by nature and that what makes kids, kids… you love them or you don’t and this is quite understandable. Thank you...
