I should have followed my instinct at the airport when the cab driver looked a bit perplexed when I stated my destination. The rooms are simply terrible. Avoid if you can. Anywhere would be much better.

Stayed here on two different nights due to someone else making travel arrangements. Here's the low-down. First stay: 1) Mutato hell late into the night if you stay on the street side. 2) My bed didn't have sheet on it. Just the mattress and a bed cover. (Why I always travel with a travel sheet) Second stay. (Departing for the... More

If you have a double room, you'll get just one towel. The bed covers are full of stains of blood and semen. The bed sheets and towels are taken early... More

Their service was excellent and I really enjoyed also the rooms were neatly done and were clean as well. It's location is near a shopping centre which makes it convenient for a guest. I... More

We were unfortunate to stay here when our flight from Nairobi was cancelled. Kenya Airways booked us in here and when we arrived at 2AM we were shown to the most disgusting filthy, dirty hovel of a room. The floor was filthy (after passing the vomit stains in the hallway), the bed sheets were stained, there was no toilet seat... More
