The staff was very hosptiable and helpful. I did not feel that I was away from home. Rooms were clean . Bathrooms were a little small. Breakfast was of good quality and was served fresh. Taxis were easily available on call and drivers were very cooperative.

Stayed here seven nights. The staff are polite and helpful. The decor is tasteful and grounds well maintained. Clean accommodations in a secure environment, close to many amenities. Had breakfast at the restaurant, definitely worth the wake up.

I stayed at Reata for a day because I had a late flight out of Nairobi. This is a family-owned hotel and I was warmly greeted by the hotel manager. My check-in was efficient and flawless, and the staff were very professional, helpful and attentive. After a long dusty bus ride from the Great Rift Valley, I was really happy...

I stayed at reata for 4 nights. The apartment was very good. Furnishings were quite good and clean. Food was sumptous and the Staff were excellent and very nice to me. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Nai. The location of the place is also very convenient. Away from city noise but accessible to the city.

This was my first visit in Nairobi in a while. I arrived at Reata Apts very late night and i was welcomed with warm , humble staff. They made sure i checked in with no problem and they went beyond to provide portable heater because it was chilly at night. The apts are located in one of Nairobi prime location...

SBS engaged me to do a week of teaching to pre-doctoral students and they have used this establishment in the past. It was a nice choice for a short term stay in that it came with a bedroom, dining area, living room, bath (shower but no tub) and kitchen. Nothing worth than trying to work around a bedroom in a...

We really enjoyed our stay at Reata, and we'll be back again. The area it's located in is pretty quiet, and the hotel itself is peaceful with a restaurant with a nice patio in the back. It was very convenient to just come downstairs and have a nice breakfast, and everyone who worked there was very nice. Dinner at the...

If I tell you how great this place is, I may never get another reservation here again ... For long term stays, this place is a true gem ... or even if it's only for one night. This is really well and thoughtfully put together accommodation so you will not want for anything. But best of all it comes with...

I've stayed in a few places in Nairobi, and the Reata Serviced Apartments is by far the best accommodation and excellent value for money. The level of service was that of a 5-star hotel, the rooms are clean and spacious, the food top quality and convenient location. I really can't fault the Reata Services Apartments on anything and will definitely...

“I have clicked on the swimming pool rating by mistake and cannot remove it. I love this place and I feel at home here. Rooms are average size but great and comfy beds. Living room is spacious and the apartment size is spacious enough for a couple of nights or a short term stay.”
