We spent one night in this hotel before heading out for a safari, and it was the ideal place to begin. Plenty of outlets for charging up camera batteries, etc. Comfortable, well-furnished room. Lots of thought went into the design. Hotel staff was helpful, and the restaurant staff knew which items were gluten free. A great way to begin a...

Was there for a conference and the services were moderately good. Very conducive environment for serious meeting and everything set in place. The food though was just averagely good. The staff are well groomed and the hotel got well packed and neat amenities

I've been very happy with my stay at the Boma. Nice rooms and facilities, great food, friendly staff. Location is a bit challenging, but Nairobi has such terrible traffic problems, the location may not be so bad. Conference facilities are nice, public spaces are nice and clean, gardens are nice for receptions. I'd stay here again!

Good environment, friendly staff and good services. I will like the Hotel management to look into converting the huge waste water into other use and the huge food remnant waste into manure for farming. These will benefit the community & the government as part of your corporate Service responsibilities. I will like to support if I am contacted on this.

Have been to Africa many times and this has got to be right up there as one of the best hotel's in the country. Futuristic, modern with spacious rooms and public spaces. Extra proactive and friendly staff. Rooms with full amenities and luxurious bathrooms. A best bet for Nairobi.

Lovely hotel, surroundings, beautiful room and comfy bed. Excellent staff and service, friendly, helpful and efficient. Very reasonable price for a 5* hotel of such quality and service but of course you can't expect a 5* hotel to be cheap. Strongly recommend it.
