Every aspect of The Boma hotel is of very high standard. We stay at the hotel for a month at a time and I have yet to have a bad experience. The rooms are always clean, the staff go out of their way for their guests and the food is superb. Great place to stay!

Returned again to stay at The Boma and to use the conference facilities. My sixth visit which give a clear message about the location, the facilities and the fantastic staff. To top it all the complex is owned by The Kenya Red Cross so you are also giving to an NGO if you stay or use the location... Well done to...

The Boma is a good hotel and got all modern amenities. Well located closer to Nairobi International Airport (JKIA) and would be a better choice for transit if you want to cut the traffic jam in Nairobi downtown. The hotel can organize you airport transfers at cost; that would be easier than getting into a taxi, if you arrive late...

I stayed for 4 nights in Jun. Nice location, very comfortable rooms, wide breakfast selection, friendly staff and drivers. Just a bit overpricey for the season I believe, and a bit roary airconditioning. Still good experience overall in dining and food.

I was here over the Christmas period, liked the place so came back with my husband and had planned a 4 night's stay. On my 2nd night some alarm went off past midnight. Went downstairs from 6th floor. No explanations made up until we demanded for someone to address us for reassurance. Apparently some boiler producing steam bla bla had...

I stayed one night and left at 8pm the next day. Just in transit. I found the hotel location very convenient because it is near to the airport. The rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated, have all you need and it's quiet so I slept very nicely. The curtains are really dark so you can sleep even in the middle of...

Surprised by the negative reviews. I spent 2 nights here and could not fault the hotel or its staff. Courteous and friendly - absolutely no complaints. Room was spacious and clean. I slept well, and enjoyed my meals in the restaurant and my breakfast. I did not have opportunity to sample the pool or spa - bu I would happily...

It is a well equipped hotel with all amenities of hotels in its class. My disappointment was with the poor service in the room. Dirty cups took long to be taken away and replaced with clean ones. That includes the restocking of the beverages. Also, I keep wondering why hotels have limited power sockets and none nearest to the bed....

Honestly, this place has no excuse for providing poor services. Their prices are premium, I just wish the services and food were too. I have been here twice and each time I left disappointed. They did not have most of the foods on the menu and what they had took forever to arrive. I did not enjoy my experience at...
