Had a lovely meal, large portions, great ambience, easy & direct access to Nairobi's Jommo Kenyatta International Airport. I was spoilt. The wife and I together with another couple shared a meal with Stephen who manages the place. His staff were always discretely present, catered and even anticipated our every need. We got a guided tour - the rooms are...

I stayed at the Cold Springs Boutique Hotel in Karen for over a week. The hotel is located in a beautiful enclave, the staff is kind, attentive, and courteous, food options are limited, but the chef is happy to make something off the menu. However, the hotel is surrounded by two large properties that have multiple guard dogs that bark...

Greetings Reshma, It was a great pleasure hosting you at our hotel. Thank you so much for the feedback. It's priceless to us. It was a pity you had to change hotels. The good news is that we are currently working on soundproofing the windows and in some cases some walls to drown out the noisy dogs. We should be...

Amazing staff. Small, intimate hotel. Close to Karen Blixen museum and famous Kazuri beads. Felt safe the whole time there. Can walk to many close restaurants and some shopping stores. The rooms are spacious. Would go gack anytime.

We stayed here two nights during a recent trip to Nairobi. The location is very nice: away from the noise of Karen but close enough to to get where you want to. The rooms are large and mostly comfortable. The beds are very hard. I like hard beds, but if you don't this might not be the hotel for you....

The hotel makes sense if one has meetings in and around Karen and doesn't want to deal with Nairobi traffic. The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating. The Internet connection was considerably faster this visit than on a previous visit. The breakfast on offer has improved too.
