This place is well located and secure (which we quickly realized is important in Nairobi - even the pizza place next door had security issues), but not worth anything like the price. We booked a superior room - the most expensive of our three week stay in Africa - hoping for a little luxury before flying home. The rooms are... More

I stayed at KC with a couple of people for a few nights before heading out on our next leg of our trip. The KC is a great starter hotel in Kenya because there are lots of food options literally on the same block, it's around the corner from nakumat, and it's a couple blocks from a java house. They... I disagree with one reviewer who recommended Hotel Kipepeo. The staff at the hotel will tell you that their credit card system is not working so that you pay in cash. You don't wanna do that if you want to leave a trail of where you went...just in case...Kenya Comfort Hotel is just fine if you are out for just... More

This is a great little hotel in Nairobi. I wanted a hotel that was clean (and insect-free), safe and convenient ... at a reasonable price. And this hotel definitely fulfilled all my requirements. I initially stayed for 2 nights and even cancelled an existing reservation (in a more up-market hotel) to come back for another 1 night stay. The bed... More

We most sincerely thank you for your genuine and honest feedback. At times it is costly to spare your most valued time to construct and post a feedback. Lets share your good experience together. We do agree that noise is an issue being located in city centre but we are glad to inform you that just directly opposite direction there... More

I stayed here for one night after a return shuttle bus from Arusha to Nairobi. The Riverside Shuttle buses, as well as many others, drop you off 50 metres from the front of this hotel next to Jeevanjee Gardens. With safety being an issue in the CBD/downtown area, this is important. It is on a busy street corner, although it... More

The hotel is located in the busy downtown area of the city. Prices are reasonable and breakfast is nice. The drawback is that the rooms and more particularly, the toilet attached is extremely small - to the extent that a bit overweight person may not even be able to comfortably enter the toilet! They have an airport taxi but for... More

We feel greatly honored by your feedback, we do take our guests and their comfort very seriously and always strive to meet their expectations. We have noted your comment regarding rooms and more especially the toilet. Our advice is that there are bigger rooms with ample toilet space. This you can inquire at the reception to be guided so that... More

stayed there for a night as it was included in the safari package.basic hotel, quite old and in need of refurbishment. The safety box is on another floor so you need to go to the reception first before being able to get your valuables. I stayed at the Comfort twice, for two nights each, in late September, 2011. The location is good, with ATM's and restaurants nearby, an easy walk to Uhuru Park, and down the street from the bus station. The rooms are small but very clean, and the shower is hot with good flow. The security is good, and the staff very... More
