This is my favorite lodge of my 6 trips to Kenya. Not only is the staff incredibility welcoming, friendly and provide excellent service but the lodge has the best location on the Mara. Just 5 miles north of the Tanzanian border, the area is blessed with springs that provide a water source for the animals year round thus guaranteeing that...

The hotel is few minutes away from Keekorok airstrip and the room was comfortable and clean (even hot water for shower!) Hotel staff were very friendly and available for any assistance you might need. The food is good with different varieties (seafood, meats, vegetable) and I liked them all. There are resident hippos so you can see them around as...

When I initially wanted to go to Maasai Mara, I was confused about the accommodation. I decided to stay in Keekorok for the Easter weekend and boy was I happy. Its most important feature is the location. it is right in the middle of Maasai Mara and about 40 mins drive away from Sekenani gate. We saw four out of...

Keekorok was an amazing accommodation. It offered comfortable and clean rooms at a great price along with an ideal location within the park. I think at one point I saw 4 of the big 5 all within 5 minutes of the lodge. Plus, the Hippo Bar was incredible.

Absolutely amazing stay at the Keekorok Lodge. I travel a lot and the staff were the friendliest and most accommodating I have encountered anywhere. The Hippo bar is an incredible place to relax after the game drive and watch the hippos and the incredible sunsets. I have no reservations in recommending this place wholeheartedly.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable with a beautiful view. They had a variety in meals at their restaurant. Would like to come back again.

Loved it! The rooms are like a individual chalet. Comfy bed and good mosquito net which was drawn for us each night. Great shower! Pool was lovely though cold. Gardens are nice, very green. Resident hippos were great too, I went to see them coming out of their pool one evening. Food was good rather than great. Drink choice good...

We stayed here as part of package trip to masai mara recently. We opted for chalet rooms (paid additional) thinking that they would be little spacious for family of 4 but was suprised by the size. They are very small. Good for 2. Food is okay with at least couple of indian items in the menu. Wifi signals were weak...
