The lodge was set in a beautiful location. Included a watering hole that hippos used so gave us the only opportunity during our time in Kenya to see hippos close up. Staff were extremely helpful. They sang and presented a birthday cake to my friend, which was very special.

This hotel isä situated in A very good place to enjoy Maasai Mara. Local Maasai guides are nice and with A help of them you can find all the animals by an axebtaple price. All the people I met there were nice and helpfull.

We stayed here for 1 night. It was a nice resort, very open to the nature. They have a residential hippo pool with around 10 hippos. Because this resort is within masai mara, you get to see other animals such as the antelopes and monkeys too. Food wise is just average. Breakfast, lunch, dinner all at the same restaurant. PS:...

Our stay here was part of safari package with Big Safaris ex- Nairobi. The lodge has an obvious advantage of being located inside the Masai Mara Reserve (with the Savanna grasslands - pure and stark and wild; surrounding the lodge). Add-on to the experience would be the Hippo farm next door. It was a memorable experience watching three of them...

We had a very excellent experience at this lodge. All staff understood why we were there regardless of their job roll: they continuously asked us how our Safari experience was and what animals we were able to see once we were back from our Safari outings. All staff are friendly and helpful. One of the Safari car tires went flat...

So to get the negatives out the way first. The food is average. Has the mass produced sort of feel to it in the majority. However, you don't come on Safari to the Maasai for the culinary experience... What sets this place apart from the rest is the hippo pond. However, remember that these animal smell big time! So take...

We stayed for a short break with our teenage children. It was a fantastic experience. The staff are wonderful and the rooms very pleasant. The food was average but lots of choice. Really liked the hippo pond and elephant walk on site. Would go back again.

Generally a good experience. Really liked our room overlooking the reserve. Travelled right after Easter so not too many guests. Only serious critic would be the cuisine served which seemed rather repetitive

Lovely individual lodges with electricity 24 hours a day. Buffet style food in the restraunt, lots of choice to eat. Fantastic location with near a watering hole that is frequented by hippo, saw 5 but they were submerged most of the time.
