The 5 days we spent at Duma Camp this September were among the most memorable we have ever experienced in Africa – and over the years we have spent more than 8 months on safari in 6 different countries. The camp is lovely – with only 6 tents, it is quite relaxed and friendly. Our family had the camp to...

This camp was recommended to us and we weren't disappointed. Jennifer, who runs the business, arranged everything for us from arriving in Nairobi, including the flights to the camp, and looked after us really well. Her Maasai staff were very good as well. The camp is small, which is good, and very peaceful. We went on several game drives and...

This summer I made my third safari to Africa and all three times have stayed at Duma Camp. Jennifer and her crew make you feel that you are part of their family. You will also have the opportunity to get the best views of the wildlife in the Maasai Mara. I am already planning my next trip and will stay...

Duma Camp is a truly special camp set in a coppice far from the madding crowds outside the park. We saw more game around the camp than we saw inside the park. Jennifer is a fantastic host, the food was delicious and a good selection of wines. The staff are friendly and a real bonus to be able to go...

Our group of 5 friends spent 4 nights with Jennifer and her staff recently. I can say with 100% certainty that all of us were changed by our time at Duma Camp. The outstanding game drives, the great accommodations and food, Jennifer's Africa stories, her attentive and knowledgeable staff, and the beauty of Kenya all combined to make the trip...

It's been many years since we were blown away by the care and personal attention Jennifer and her staff lavished on us at Duma Camp but I had to add my recommendation. From the more recent reviews, it sounds like the camp hasn't changed. Best memories: being wakened for a game drive just before dawn by a knock on the...

We arrived at the airstrip amidst the perfect African Safari backdrop; a manicured dirt airstrip, 4X4 Land Cruisers parked to the side, and exotic Giraffe and Zebra grazing all around just beyond the runway edges. It was everything we imagined for our first trip to the African Bush! Our guide, Boston, was the first to welcome us, and after stowing...

Our family had a perfect trip to the Masai Mara thanks to Jennifer and her amazing staff at Duma Camp. As our five stars indicate, the accommodations were fabulous, setting/location second to none! Our driver was excellent and knowledgeable, the camp's chef spoiled us, and all of the staff went way beyond the call of duty for our ten year...

Jennifer and her staff provide you with a very personal and personable hospitality. The camp is small and intimate (six tents), little rough around the edges, and gives you the (accurate) sense that you are in the middle of the bush, right out there. The staff are great and friendly and do anything to accommodate you.. They know their conservancy...

Duma camp is without a doubt the best place we stayed in all of Kenya. You really feel like you're in the middle of the bush-hippos snorting around the tent and Hyenas howling through the night. You don't even have to actually go into the Mara to see amazing wildlife, it's all so close by. The tents are fantastic, everything...
