We were very comfortable in a spacious room with its own hot spring spa annex. The room was very clean and the fittings attractive and in good working order. This hotel was chosen by the tour company (Nexus) that we travelled with, so although it...More

If there is anything that is negative about this hotel, I will say that the restaurant where we have breakfast is a little further away than expected. We have been told that the restaurant is just next door but in reality, it's around 10 minutes...More

We had a hot spring large tub in our room. Also there is the hot springs sports building in the resort grounds where there are indoor pools as well as hot springs spas of varying temperatures outside in a courtyard. Very pleasant. Also a skin -eating-fish pool if you want to get rid of your old skin!!! This is all free for all resort guests (show your room key) . Towels and lockers are provided and also showers for men and another for women for before and after entering the pools. They are not cubicle style so if you are overly modest you might not like it but I thought it was fine.
