First of all, I see most of the reviews are in Chinese. I think this hotel/conference center really caters to local Chinese customers, or local high-society people that want to stay here as a local-vacation, or play golf. It is far from any tourist destinations. So unless you want to stay at this place specifically, you probably wouldn't even know it existed, or even know how to search it. .

Having said that, I (and we) were here because Air China had a canceled flight, so they put us here. City center (Tiannmen Square) is 45 minutes South-West from T3. This place is about 40 minutes North-East from T3. So this place is no where near city center.

Air China drove there around 11:30PM. The surrounding is very dark. The officially English name is Beijing Eastern Garden International Conference Center (that's what I was looking for on Tripadvisors). The Chinese name is commonly refer to "YiShengYuan", so you have Yishengyuan International...
