The cantilever ceiling and other styling tricks made me forget I was in a budget hotel chain. The hallway walls were beautifully decorated and had the look of a more upscale boutique hotel. My only complaint was that the internet was quite slow but my China Mobile cell data took care of my basic internet needs. The goldfish bowl was...

A good hotel in a popular Chinese chain which can be booked through Ctrip. We chose a queen bed room, which was spacious, although the bathroom was tiny. Everything was very clean. As other reviewers have stated, it is not central, but if your plans require you to be in this area of Beijing it is a good choice. Staff...

Clean, comfortable modern rooms with good wifi and ac north of most of Beijing's main attractions just south of the 4th Ring Road. Very reasonably priced with rooms averaging 400 CNY. A five minute walk to the 5 line. Staff are earnest and willing to please. However no one speaks any English so communication can be difficult. Fortunately we had...

This is not a western hotel, but has a great value for a Chinese hotel right in the area of Beijing I wanted to be in (near Yayuncun). Convenient to 4th ring and subway. Staff friendly. Room clean. That's about it.

Staff are lovely and the hotel is located close to the Olympic site and metro station, but outside of the city. The room had no windows (which was understood from the booking) but it smelt like a smoker was sitting under the bed it was that strong. There was barely enough room to fit bags and the air conditioner leaked...

I was booked into this hotel for 11 days by a colleague. The hotel is simple and basic but close to the tube. On my ast day I discovered that someone had entered my room, accessed my bag which was locked with a 4 number combination lock, stole $200, put the lock back to the same combination and left. Rooms...

Summary: This is an excellent hotel with one of the best quality-to-price ratios I've seen anywhere. The rooms - and the hotel in general - are clean and modern. The location, although not central, is very easy to get to by subway (see directions below). I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay here and would highly recommend this option for...

The hotel is new and modern. Room is clean, nice design and with a little cute fish in the room. Subway station is less than 5 minute walk from hotel, and the Airport bus stop is just cross the road from subway station. WIFI is not really working in room, but it is fine in the lobby. The main problem...

It is a nice middle range hotel, good value for money. Nice and large rooms with clean bathrooms. No breakfast and limited common areas. Huixinxijie Beikou subway station at 5 minutes walk. Nice living fish in every room.

Pros: Large room. Clean. TV had English channels. LAN connection works well. Bathroom is decently laid out. Linens are nice. AC works well. Little pet fish in room. Metro is a two minute walk away. Cons: Location is far away from Tiannamen Square, Forbidden Palace, and hutongs. It will take you about 40 minutes on a crowded subway to get...
