Back to Millennium after 2 years , ( due to Covid restrictions) and I must say that the hotel is always impeccable. Cleaning, hygiene and services always of the highest quality, ALL the staff is always very efficient and also available to solve client's personal issues related to compliance with the covid regulations . Hotel experience is good for me. I will continue booking it in the future. Dining and swimming pool is clean for exercise after working. And price is suitable for common persons. The location of the hotel is good for visiting BJ trip.
This hotel is the best overall value. Service of reception is the best I’ve ever experienced, staff really tries to make you feel welcome and important. actually above average for most of other hotels in Beijing. The room and breakfast are well worth it.
Have not been around Beijing for almost 8 months due to COVID and it feels great to be back. Although I've been told to stay the hotel room for 7 days self-health check according to the municipal regulations. Ada HE, Roger HU and the rest of the staff coordinate the in-room COVID test, package delivery and make it easy and convenient for me to went through this period of time. Will recommend this hotel to everyone and wish all the hotel staff a prosperous year of 2022 and ahead.
The hotel very good. Everything in order as it should be. The staff very helpful? (Especially Ms. Ada He at the front desk). All of them with a smile and ready to help. Rooms are spacious with excellent view. Cleaning very goid on daily basis. Breakfast was very good with all the required variety to my western type of choice. The surrounding area very nice with nice buildings a lot of space not so much traffic and several restaurants and coffee shops as well as malks to choose.

It was already my second stay for several weeks in the Grand Millennium Beijing for 2021. This hotel is my second home in the meantime and I especially like: the very friendly and supportive staff, first of all the Front Desk Manager Grace Gaoand also her staff members, the very nice located Lounge in the 27th floor with wonderful view (not only during sun set) and well arranged tasty food and all kind of beverages and fruit, the nice rooms with daylight bathroom and the very good breakfast. As soon as i return to Beijing, I only will stay at this hotel. Hopefully the internet can be improved in the meantime.
I was super happy with the attitude. Ada, the front desk is amazing! Very professional, super fast check-in. And very friendly. I got the 11th floor. The view is awesome. The bathtub is super big. The bad is very comfortable and huge.
Enjoyed our staycation. Very nice hotel. Close to JingA and Beersmith, plus other nice restaurants. Food in the executive lounge was quite good. Enjoyed the sauna and pool. Late check-out was very convenient.
