Service was very friendly and free bike helped exploring the area. Hotel took us back to old time. I enjoyed it very much. Location is great. We also enjoyed walked around in the early morning and checked out small market.

Dear James, Thanks a lot for your lovely comments. You never can imagine how much I want to see you again. Really loved your stay. Do you still remember the saying you told me? No bird can't fly without one wing. Time flys. Wish you can come back to China next time! Take care Bella

I stayed at the Hutongren Courtyard Hotel while in Beijing to cover the World Track & Field Championships. I loved every second of my stay and cannot say enough about how welcoming all of the staff are, Bella and Susan in particular. I stayed in the room up on the roof - small, but very comfortable and with space to...

This hotel is small and located in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Beijing city, located in one of Beijing's historic hutong Nan Luogo Xiang, the two times I visited Beijing but I think it's best that I get accommodation in Beijing. I stayed in four dormitory rooms, quite comfortable with a private shower room in the room....

Simple rooms in an oasis, just off the track from a crazy hutong tourist lane. Staff were really helpful and the rooms were clean and cool, with nice common spaces to relax. There are plenty of shopping, eating and transport options close by.

My friend and I picked this hotel because we wanted to experience of living in a hutong. We were not at all disappointed. The setting of the place is very cosy and comfortable. Nice cosy hotel but very much basic- just a room with a mattress on the floor for the most basic room. Shower and toilet doesn't have a door. Just a curtain covering the area. Room is enough just for sleeping but location is excellent. Ten mins walk to subway and lots of food options around the hotel. Recommended if you...

I picked this hotel because I wanted to experience of living in hutong. I was not disappointed. This hotel is located in Nanluoguxiang (南锣鼓巷), which is a popular shopping district. There is no cars available nearby. But you can easily walk to the #6 subway (SNanluoguxiang). It is about 10 mins walk and you can do some shopping. There are...

When you come from the hectic street you feel pleased that the hotel is quiet and nice. The room had everything I needed and I did not notise any noise at all. You can buy some very nice ceramics in the hotel shop. The staff were so friendly and made me feel very welcome.

Hi Sofie, How are you doing recently? I am really glad to meet you. You mentioned that you came to Beijing for a conference. And you are quite into ceramics. Hope that we can meet again, if you come to China next time. You are welcome to our hotel any time. Bella
