Spent two nights with excellent experience. Chinese breakfast as well as fried eggs. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Shower could use some work, but plentiful of hot water. Would come back because of great location to restaurants and shopping. Staff was very good.

The hotel is located just next to many tourist attraction places, and opposite MRT Station. In overall, the hotel staff is friendly and worth for money. Nevertheless, there are still rooms to improve such as cleanliness of the room (I can accept but my wife felt it should be better), breakfast (not much choices), etc.

Definitely not 4-star. Everyone smokes, even on non-smoking floors and in non-smoking rooms. Rooms are old and musty, in bad need of updates. Breakfast is ok, but buffet items often empty. Coffee is bad. No one at reception speaks English and won't try to help. Our room wasn't cleaned one day. Housekeeping is below average. Not worth the price.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel in December 2016 and we find this hotel cheap for its kind. The place was clean and location is excellent. Very close to the subway, 5mins walk to the famous Qianmen pedestrian street, 15mins walk to the Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City. A few subway stops to wangfujing. The only thing that I...

Excellent Hotel for its price!! We arrived early morning (2:30am at 0 degrees temp) and I was amazed that the duty staff immediately showed a paper with my name and room reservation details without even asking the hard copy from me! As if he was really expecting us to arrive. Thank you for the very warm welcome!! We were upgraded...

Room size good. Housekeeping staff helpful. Bed rock hard. Not very good location. Room was very cold & told heating would not be put on until next week. Breakfast terrible, everything cold except the juice and milk. Large tables of people, felt like you were at a soup kitchen. English speaking staff very rare.
