First night here with our Tripadeal tour, beds were hard but we still managed to sleep well, big bathroom and bedroom with a view, shower had great pressure and hot water but was quite mouldy, buffet breakfast was all cold, the only thing hot were the eggs as they were freshly cooked, wasn't a massive selection of food close by,...

Stayed 1 night as was attending a conference nearby. It certainly seemed exciting walking in and seeing the beautiful foyer area. The room was fine, beds were comfortable and was clean. Other colleagues complained of damp in their room and showers that didn't work. The food here was awful- the buffet dinner was bad. The BBQ meat came out cold...

We went to China with a tour group from Sinorama - a Canadian-based company. They organize tours broken down into bus-size groups of 29-30 people. The price for 20 days with all transportation, including from a variety of cities in the US and Canada, hotels and most meals was just over $2000 each. I looked at all of the TripAdvisor...

We came to China on a 14 day tour and this was our first hotel. We arrived late evening after suffering flight delays but were met with a warm friendly greeting. The rooms were very good - large and spacious, clean and comfortable. We only used the restaurant for breakfast which again was very good with lots of choice. A...

large rooms, clean ,attractive, excellent staff services, you need to insert your key card in the slit to the right of the door jam to turn on the lights. maintenance is somewhat deferred, This area has server small restraunts which are very good and inexpensive.

Yes the beds were hard as rocks, but wow we're in China. The hotel room was a bit dated but was clean, even though the bathroom shower was little moldy.Overall the hotel was suitable for the three nights of our Sinorama Tour.

This was the first hotel stop for our Sinorama Tour. The guide did all the check-ins with the hotel. Check in took quite a while waiting for passports to be copied etc. We did get our passports back the same night, but not everyone did. The rooms were comfortable but dated. The beds were hard, but comfortable. Our trip was...

Rooms decent size and comfortable. Would agree with others that some aspects of bathroom fittings / tiles etc were not up to par but overall good. Staff in reception exceptionally helpful. My partner had trouble sleeping and the concierge went in person with him at 3 am to find an all night chemist. Breakfast buffet very varied but not outstanding...

We stayed at this location for 3 nights at the start of a China tour. The lobby and rooms were beautiful. The morning buffet was so so and coffee was ALWAYS an issue. When we were there, the hotel was full of foreigners that want their morning coffee and yet they were always out of it and also out of...

Stayed in Sept and Oct 2016 with Sinorama. The hotel was dirty but worst of all the shower was full of black mold. I ask the manager to have the mold cleaned while we were out for the day but when I came back it had not been touched. Also the beds were rock hard and very uncomfortable.
