This hotel might not have the greatest location but everything else is first class. Impressive lobby and very, very clean with great service. Breakfast consists of everything you could ask for in an American breakfast and a Chinese breakfast.
A totally grand experience

The wifi is good at the hotels. Email and texting go well with strong connections. Just remember they block a lot of websites. One of my friends had her phone shut down temporarily for trying to access Yahoo!

I'm sorry I have only just seen this question. We were picked up by our tour company so I have no experience to advise you of. However there were lots of buses, not tour company, waiting to transport travellers to wherever they were going. Also there is a huge transport hub at the airport, trains, taxis etc to get you around. I suggest you google what's available. The airport website would probably be if assistance also (if there is one). As for cost, I really have no idea but Beijing is not, generally, very cheap.
