Beautiful hotel in the Central Business District of Beijing. Most of the view faces or has an angle for you to marvel at the architectural beauty of the CCTV building, and the view is gorgeous in both the day and night! The hotel has free gym classes at their Train Yard gym as well with an indoor pool though it is pretty deep (1.4m).
The location is good, it is sandwiched between 2 train stations of two different color metro lines so getting around to key tourist places or interchange stations is easy. The staff here are super helpful as well, we had issues ordering food delivery and they helped us and allowed us to pay them in cash, even helped to deliver it to our room.
There is a bar called Beersmith at the hotel lobby, and they brew their own beers. The place is trendy with decent grubs and gets very crowded and happening at night, especially weekends, as they have live band performance. We were there when they had some Taylor Swift night.

I had an amazing experience at Hotel Jen Beijing. The location is perfect, situated near the iconic CCTV building and China World Shopping Mall, right in the heart of the central business district. It’s just a 10-15 minute walk to the subway station, making it very convenient for exploring the city.
The breakfast was incredible, offering a wide variety of both Western and Eastern dishes—truly something for everyone! The view from the hotel was fantastic, and the hospitality of the staff was exceptional. They even offer to receive Taobao parcels up to 14 days before your arrival, which was a nice touch.
The room was always clean, and I loved the daily fresh fruit. The toiletries were high quality from L’Occitane, and the toilet even came with a washlet, adding a touch of luxury. The gym was well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made my stay very enjoyable.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Beijing!

Gym: The gym was def the highlight if you are a big gym goer. It was a bit confusing at first since the staff generally don't speak English well so it was confusing to figure out some of the amenities, locker situation etc.
Food: The hotel is connected to the mall so there is a good amount of choices of food around. The breakfast buffet was not worth it for consecutive days in a row. Not that many choices and hard to understand what was in some of the foods.
Room: The room had a wacky AC even though I lowered the temp it still seemed to stay quite hot and at random times it would lower to become really chilly, not a gradual decline. They had air purifiers in the room given the air pollution. Room was cleaned okay.
Overall: The staff doesnt speak English that well so it is hard to get by sometimes. The feel isnt really a shangrila feel. The hotel is busy its connected with the mall, restaurants and gyms that people have memberships and access to so it can feel quite busy in the lower floors.

This is my second stay at the Jen Hotel Beijing, and I was reminded why it is compelling - central location (halfway between the Sanlitun entertainment and dining precinct, and the historic sites and shopping of Wangfujing), very comfortable (though not luxurious) rooms, free and fast Wi-fi, firm and very supportive beds, excellent housekeeping and a delicious and extensive breakfast buffet.
In addition, the enormous gym and heated indoor pool cater to my fitness requirements.
Whilst it is not a traditional luxury hotel, it does not pretend or market itself to be one - but it does all the basics well at a reasonable price. Staff are uniformly friendly and helpful.
The only slight disappointment was the lack of recognition, upon checking in, as a return guest.

Beijing JEN New China World Hotel really gave me the feeling of "great value for money". My family and I stayed here for the first time for 6 nights and were very satisfied with the large room, high-quality facilities, cleanliness, friendly and courteous housekeepers, and smiling bellman. The front hall is efficient and professional, the breakfast is rich and has a variety of styles to choose from. The last but most amazing thing for me is the 24-hour Fitness Center. There is nothing to fault about the swimming pool, jacuzzi, locker room, and gym equipment... I will definitely choose it next time I come to Beijing. If I stay at this hotel again, I will highly recommend it to my friends. 👍🏻😊

The hotel room is very spacious and comfortable. I love that they provide fresh fruits everyday. The most impressive thing to me is the service. The second night we back to the hotel tired and realised that we forgot to turn off the do not disturb button therefore the room was not refreshed. However their lovely staffs 李秀鳳and胡羽飛 ‘s team came immediately and refreshed the room quickly, detailed and considerate.

Well located in the CBD of Beijing and within the China Mall complex, Hotel Jen Beijing is well equipped with modern day facilities and amenities. The courteous and attentive staff provide excellent service. In particular, 孙凤梅 and 姜彩霞 of Housekeeping at Level 11 were very helpful in meeting guests’ needs, prompt in responding to requests, and meticulous and diligent in their duties. Together they made the travel and accommodation experience more pleasant and enjoyable.

Hotel Jen Beijing is an absolute gem in the heart of China’s vibrant capital and Central Business district. Prefect location proximity to Sanlitun and iconic landmark such as Forbidden city etc. The mall within the building is also a plus and connection to 2 subway line just make it super convenient to move around. Modern design room which is sleek and have clean lines. Bright and airy in the day and super comfortable at night! My room come with a stunning view of the bustling city. Trainyard the hotel’s gym is probably one of its kind! Open 24/7 and also have an indoor pool with daylight! The hotel staffs are also very professional. Kudos to the housekeeping colleague who look after us very well. The breakfast spread is truly wonderful! Beersmith… my god has one of the freshest beer I ever tasted before! They brew in the hotel!
