Completely disappointed with this hotel! During my stay, came back to the room from a long day of sightseeing between 3-4 o'clock in the afternoon. Maid had not even cleaned the room yet! This happened a number of times and when she comes in it...More
We have stayed five nights and booked via hotels.com as the price is reasonable and the location is really good. Restaurants are around, family Mart just behind the street, palace is just 15 mind walk and 10mins walk to subway.

I did not have the best experience at the hotel.
We had booked 2 rooms. When we arrived, the concierge wanted us to move to one larger room, with two beds (one in an open space). When we opted not to, they were clearly unhappy....More

Out of our 10 day trip, this hotel actually felt like a hotel. Great location and I loved the free bottle water and rain shower. Subway, Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square are just a 5 minute walk. We got the room without a view. It...More

Hi, I'm from Singapore and my family paid 200 China Yuan per pax for the tour which we booked at the tour agency located at the corner of the hotel we stayed in. I did not take the tour agent seriously when she told me that they were having a promotion. The next day, when the tour guide came to pick us, he commented that we were the lucky ones who had paid lower price for the tour but refused to share with us the normal price. Out of curiosity, I asked a Singapore couple how much they have paid for the tour which they have booked at another hotel. They replied they paid 800 China Yuan.
Good luck and enjoy your trip to the amazing Great Wall of China. Cheers.
