We took the airport express from PEK and connected twice and its less than a 3 minute walk to the hotel from Dongsi Station. Hotel was In a nice area and easy to get to the major sites by taking the underground. There was a Wu mart store up the street near the subway entrance where we could grab food....

Good location, near a subway station. Staff is very helpful, and the tourist office is even more! They booked all our train journeys in China and also wrote down many info that we needed in Chinese characters so as to ask for help when needed. The bad thing are the rooms. They are not very clean.

Stayed here in a double room for 6 nights in Feb 2014. Was a bit hesitant having read reviews of hard beds and small rooms. Both these facts are true, but we found the bed to be very comfy! Yes it was small and if you are not happy to be in each other's face, then look elsewhere. However, at...

Not what we expected to be honest. Won't go into to much detail but we felt a little untrusted in the hotel with warning signs on walls and immediately being asked for a 200yuan deposit in cash upon check in - not the best of starts. We were in room 102 which was large but very dirty - stains all...

When booking the hotel I looked at the price and distance to the subway. I just needed a place to sleep the night. Beijing wasn't my primary destination. 161 gave me a fantastic room for the money I paid. A really superb price/comfort ratio. One of few drawbacks would be the view outside the window, but I think it was...

This was an experience that I really enjoyed. A traditional Chinese style hotel in a small Hutong, it was loaded with charm. The room was basic, but clean with the downside being no safe for your valuables such as cash and passports. The room was leaved each day. The cafe was cosy and attractive with upstairs couches seating and bean...

The hotel is in a good location. The frontdesk staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is very basic and small. The matress is too hard. The bathroom shower is ok. The breakfast is not included in the room rate and it is expensive! If you want a budget hotel go for it.

It's spacious, with facilities like pc on working desk with internet connection, complete toiletries, coffee/tea maker, hairdryer, and clean bathroom. Water pressure is stable with hot/cold option. Location is less than 5minutes walking from exit C of Dongsi Stn line 5. Basically if you follow the sign...

We initially booked for 3 nights and then extended for the whole week. The staff are incredible, nothing is a problem and their English is great. We stayed in the double room and then were moved to one of their business rooms. Both were wonderful and super clean. The location couldn't be better. Just a short tube ride to all...
