We had an 18-hour layover in Beijing, and we picked the Hilton Beijing Capital Airport because of its proximity to the airport. We were amazed with the professional service, the beautiful room, and the comfortable accommodations- it was a great place to rest in between long flights! When checking in we were greeted with a room upgrade and a few local apples to snack on, a very welcome amenity after the flight. Our room was huge- the bathroom was clean and modern, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was perfectly quiet despite how close it is to the airport. We also appreciated the free shuttle back to the terminal in the morning. We will look forward to another stay the next time we pass through Beijing!

The Hilton airport in Beijing was okay. It's a very big hotel. The shuttle comes every 20 minutes and leaves very quickly . We did an upgrade but the room was normal standard size in my opinion . We went to the lunch buffet which was amazing as there were many options for vegans or vegetarians, as well as meat eaters or seafood lovers . The only disappointing factor is that we went to the dinner buffet( which was the exact same thing as lunch ) wish they would have created new options between dinner and lunch it's such a shame . Overall the bed is very comfortable and it is a nice room. Their executive lounge could work on their tea time service of snacks .

Overall stay in this hotel is satisfactory. Location is near the airport but no stores/convenient stores nearby. Only comment is that there is no variety of breakfast, always the same everyday. I always inspect the cleanliness of utilities and I found one time that the fork is still dirty but the staff are always kind to say sorry and replace the utensils with a freshly clean one.

I checked in today and begged for a quite room, no upgrade or floor request, just simply a quite room. I explained At check in I had had a bad previous night at another hotel with noisy guests coming into their rooms between 3:00am to 5:00am the previous night. So here I am just before midnight woken by multiple other guests entering their rooms either side of me, including hotel staff on radio over the last 30 minutes. How hard is it, the hotel is huge!

First Checkin As a diamond card member, I checked in at the Executive Lounge late at 7 PM. The environment was bright and quiet, which was very soothing from the moment I stepped into the hotel. Meanwhile, Kevin's reception was very patient and courteous. He diligently compared room types and helped me choose one where I could watch airplanes take off. For a business trip, the experience at Beijing Capital Airport ✈️ was truly nice.
Second Checkin On a busy Thursday night, thanks to my Diamond membership, I still checked in at the Executive Lounge on the 2nd floor today. Jennyfer Mao welcomed me. Since I had called ahead to note my preferred room type before checking in, Jennyfer Mao upgraded my current room, for which I am very grateful. Moreover, as a Hilton Diamond member, Jennyfer Mao waived the deposit fee for me. Her excellent service and outstanding work ability made me feel fortunate to choose the Hilton at Beijing Capital Airport for my stay. It was a great choice.

It took many months and obstacles to enter Beijing for business during these challenging times as a foreigner. Candy made sure what documents I needed to have before hand and assist me to make sure I have a seamless check-in experience and I highly appreciate that.
Quiet room with a nice comfortable bed to get some deserving rest. All the staff from housekeeping, restaurant, and check in are all wonderful and all are there to assist and help.
There are many other hotels and we are spoiled with choices. However, I will come back and stay here because of the staff and nice quiet spacious rooms here!! Keep it up!!

This hotel is shell from what it was before covid very outdated service is bad and the worst thing is they lock you into a windowless room this is a airport hotel they installed electrical blinds and it cannot be opened so the rooms are windowless i dont care whatever crazy ideas they implement but they need to inform the guests of the insanity and not force the guests to stay in a windowless cell if i would want to dtay in a windowless room i could have found much cheaper ones. This a hotel is a disgrace and should not call themselves Hilton. My recommendation stay away from this crazy place

The Hotel ambience is really nice, and staff is very welcoming. The property is just a walking distance away from the entry of Terminal 3 gate, Though carrying heavy luggage can be a challenge. The Hotel has shuttle which operates every 20 minutes. Food at the Hotel is bit costly, so you if you wish to save few Yuans, One can walk to the Terminal 3 and have good food at few restaurants outside check in area. Boarding pass is not required to access few restaurants. I had chosen Burger King for my dinner and was a good experience.

What an excellent location, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, I arrived exhausted and after a long soak in a beautiful, large, comfortable suite I felt thoroughly revived. I enjoyed the food and particularly the Peking duck at the Chinese restaurant. I will not hesitate to use this location again. I pend more than 100 nights a year in hotels, so I don't make these comments lightly.
