The rooms and the location are ok, even if I've seen cleaner ones during our trip. However, we wouldn't go there anymore. After we checked out the cleaning lady checked the room for any damage(btw they have a price list for every single item that might be lost/damaged in the room, which is ridicoulus). What she found was a tiny...

This Hostel location is number one, in walking distance to forbidden city and Wangfujing / Donghuamen Market. Very Clean Room, nice hot water in bathroom. The Staff is also very helpful. I Do Recomend this Hostel. Really - really hard to find. Even if you go with the hostel map, it is still very - very hard to find, cause...

Whilst the private rooms I saw looked nice, this place is a complete let down as a backpacker hostel, and as soon as you have any issues they no longer treat you like a customer, you are just a problem to be squashed. I can see the same thing has happened to someone else a little further down recently, so...

Had a twin room but it didn't have a real window. Other than this the place was nice. Nice beds, hot water, nice tv and actually got one film with english subtitles (in 3 nights). The hostel is still very expensive (150 yen) but so far in China they all are....

We arrived in Beijing after a long haul flight from New York. It wasn’t the best start to our Asia trip as the airline managed to lose our back packs in shanghai during our layover, and the taxi driver was practically asleep on our way to the hostel. When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff who spoke English...

I stayed at the Feel Inn for 3 nights. I had a double room which had it's own shower room and toilet. The room was great, really clean and a good size with heating. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They helped me with my bags and made sure I was okay which was great for me...

I was there with a friend dec 2012 but cant choose that year and it was called Sunrise hostel then. Someone complained about the prices here but I must say that for that kind of money it was really a bargain and the place is nice and nice people there. I even recommended it to a friend and she went...

Pros: 1. Strategic positioning. Several interesting places nearby are; 10 mins walking to Forbidden City, 15 mins walking to Tian'anmen Square, 10 min to food market (close to Beijing Mall). It's also close to two station; Wangfujing & Tian'anmen east. 2. Staffs are really helpful though not all of them able to speak English. 3. Their cafe provide freshly cooked...

We arrived after a seven night train journey on the Trans-Manchurian Railway, hot, bothered and tired. We were greeted by a very welcoming smile and a cold bottle of water from the owner. We didn't expect to be able to check-in as it was very early, however we were able to leave our luggage, and go for an explore for...
