When I visited it was really cold in beijing. But the employees of the hotel were so nice and friendly! English is not a problem so even if you don't speak Chinese you can arrange ereything here. Nice comfortable rooms with nice douche! The rooms on the ground floor are too cold in the winter.

If you are looking for a glassy 15-store western style hotel with a piano bar and bell boys, this is NOT your first choice. But if you feel like experimenting waking up in the heart of Beijing hutongs, having a breakfast with a view to ancient emperor's garden, just a few minutes walk from the Forbidden city, this is certainly...

I don't normally write a review for a good service, but I do for service that is above and beyond. I stayed there from oct 20 thru 25, it was very pleasant and enjoyable for me. I liked the location very much, convenient to go anywhere. Service people were very nice and polite. Eva is one of the best employee...

Really enjoyed our stay; This hotel was amazing -- it is in the middle of a hutong, we felt like we were in older china; I'm so glad we didn't go with a bigger hotel on a main street -- this was absolutely the best choice. The staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke great English. The location is great,...

Super location and amazingly quiet for the middle of the city. Loved the breakfast; this was our first hotel in China, and after four weeks and six hotels or so, it remained our favorite. BTW a particularly good breakfast for vegetarians. The downstairs room smelled like mildew but the upstairs room was lovely. Beds very comfortable. Bathrooms lacked some privacy....

We were totally shattered when we arrived to Beijing and jingshan garden hotel was the perfect place to recover. The courtyard is gorgeous and the rooms are relaxing (surprisingly super quiet given how centrally it is located), the breakfast has a good mix of Chinese and Western options to suit all. And the concierge was super helpful, he saved our...

Hotel at a good location to explore except the front side., you may not like it. Rooms inside give a feel of old chinese tradition. Spring beds really for a good comfort and relaxing. Explore the best of Hutong market... Try for East 3 coffee shop nearby... its really nice.

I stayed here in a group of 5 and we all absolutely loved it. Great value for money and in a brilliant location for seeing real hutong life. We spent our first day here getting lost and buying lots of random foods in the small hutong streets around the hotel. It is a bit far from the metro stations so...

Fantastic little hotel in the middle of the Hutong area. Blink and you may miss it but don't as here you can get peace and tranquility in the middle of a very busy but interesting city. Rooms good and comfortable. Large bed a little hard but you get used to it. Good and clean ensuite facilities and a good breakfast....

We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary in Beijing and stayed in this hotel for 6 days. We can say that this is one of the best hotels we ever stayed! No doubt about it! When we were looking for a place to stay in the internet, we decided that we really wanted to stay in a hotel wherein you can...
