Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. Bad Wi-Fi and rude staff treatment. Hotel situated at busy Beijing railway station. Easy to get around with subway ( very busy station with heavy human taffic). Hotel is very basic and clean with good breakfast spread Hotel staff are general rude and unhelpful.

This comfortable hotel is located across the street from the main railway station so is the perfect choice for those arriving/ departing by train. There is a great supermarket and lots of speciality shops (including many pampering options) in the Henderson Shopping centre which is accessible via the gift shop at the hotel. A comfortable stay.

We just returned from two weeks traveling in China, starting and ending our trip in Beijing (respectively 2 nights and 3 nights). Our experience with both the service of the hotel (front desk, restaurant, housekeeping) and our room itself was excellent. I would like to particularly thank Mr. William Hou of the Concierge Desk. We had a packed sightseeing schedule...

location of the hotel is the only reason why this hotel is worth staying. Rooms are dark and old fashion , especially the bathroom. But all these are bearable for the price we paid- but the Service is BAD BAD BAD BAD. the reception was not helpful in anyway when we asked for directions, recommendations, assistance.

The room smelled of old tobaco and had very old and dirty carpet. It was not possible to get any air into the room even though the room had a balcony but it was closed permanently. It was like 30 degrees in the room and even though we said that the aircondition did not cool, nothing was done about it....

I would recommend this hotel for everyone who is coming for short or longer town tours. The location of this hotel is excellent, it is placed the opposite of Beijing Railway Station and Metro station. So if you come to Beijing by train, it is in front of you, if you come by plane, you need to take the Airport...

Good points: excellent location in central Beijing, near a big supermarket, some coffee shops and restaurants. Railway station is also on the other side of the street. The room was big, clean and comfortable . Good and diversified breakfast. Negative points: end of March with cold weather and no heating at all. I requested and received an electrical heater, to...

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Beijing, opposite a railway station. Whilst clean and comfortable, we can only give three stars. The good: comfortable bed; clean room; good shower; good breakfast; near to several restaurants and good central location. The poor: room far too hot (making sleeping difficult);...

The hotel is opposite of the train station. There is also a metro station. The hotel is next to a mall which offers a grocery store, a food corner and some pricier restaurants. The rooms are ok. Somehow a bit run down but quiet. The checkin took quite long and the staff could have been friendlier. We booked a tour...

We stayed here for 3 nights. I love the breakfast and the restaurant of this hotel. The room was average. We visited during mid February. The room temperature control mechanism was not working properly. After mid night the room become more hot and there would be a feeling of discomfort.
