Excellent hotel, decor is modern and stylish and there is a lot of attention to detail with a wide selection of in room amenities. Staff are very friendly and helpful and room service is always less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel. Extremely comfortable.

Fantastic rooms complete with high-tech toilets. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Location is ok, but not central to tourist sites. Complimentary bikes is a nice perk.

We stayed for one night. The hotel is beautiful and the welcome was good. The bar in the entrance is expensive but is a lovely place to sit- the toilet nearest this bar was smelly but seemed clean. The 'deluxe' room we had was nice and we were initially pleased at the welcome from the butler. Unfortunately, they seem to...

Spent 4 nights in this lovely property which offers excellent service, good quality of rooms and an excellent location when you are in Beijing. Usually going to more modern hotel but always interesting to get back to those traditional good old hotels like in Europe.

I stay in St Regis Beijing, a nice hotel who don't look like a St Regis outside but have really nice rooms. I book a diplomat room whit butler and they are so nice to upgrade me to a suite, not before they put to pay an extra day for early check in. Stay it was overall good but it...

Fake luxury: rooms are nice, if unimaginative. The breakfast buffet is huge but barely edible. They offer free snacks and wine in the evenings - the snacks are pathetic, the wine drinkable...just. Why bother? The concierge staff are very poorly trained and unhelpful. There are far better options in Beijing.

From when I first arrived to the final drop off at the airport, all of the staff that I came in contact with were exceptional. I always trust the SPG hotels for having high...

My first time in Beijing and the St. Regis made it worth my while. The service from the staff (front desk, concierge and the butler) was all exceptional. And even with the language barriers they went out of their way to make sure they figured out what I wanted or was trying to do. The Concierge helped me plan my...
