My first time in Beijing and the St. Regis made it worth my while. The service from the staff (front desk, concierge and the butler) was all exceptional. And even with the language barriers they went out of their way to make sure they figured out what I wanted or was trying to do. The Concierge helped me plan my...

From check-in and thoughout the stay the service was extraordinary. All hands seem eager to help. The breakfast buffett is amazing if a little expensive.I was happy to see a Starbucks nearby although I quickly began to prefer the coffee at the St Regis. I confess to an iritation I had with the St Regis as well as most luxury...

Loved it!!! We traveled to Beijing on a mom/daughter trip, with another mom/daughter. The St. Regis was incredible! They were so accommodating and hospitable. We felt at home in a foreign land. We changed our money at the desk. The entire staff spoke incredible English. Our room was upgraded to a suite upon arrival. We enjoyed the executive lounge and...

Good business hotel with very comfortable bed. Love the massage salon across the road - very good massage at reasonable price. Flagging down a cab is a problem though and one has to walk to the main road to get a cab. Very expensive breakfast but there is the option of going to Starbucks across the road.

Good location, staff are great, rooms are very comfortable. If your Starwood platinum then in my experience the staff have a good track record of upgrades into the Diplomat suites which is always a nice perk. Food for room service is average and i would like to see a few more lower fat options on the menu. It's a solid...

Great central location and a marble, multistoried lobby. We had a large suite on an executive club level, and there was a lavish complementary breakfast. A butler brought us cappucino every morning. The concierge was helpful, and would write in Chinese characters our destination for the benefit of the taxi drivers. We ate at a nearby Peking duck restaurant popular...

This hotel has been very difficult for me to review. Looking at the exterior of the hotel, it is quite apparent that this hotel is in dire need of a facelift. However, the lobby area and all of the common spaces on the 1st floor are grand, impressive and luxurious-everything you would expect from a St.Regis property. If you like...

Great place for business in Beijing. Central location, great support services, excellent sleep quality and food. Since this is a boutique hotel you also avoid the large tour groups and can enjoy a more relaxed and private environment. The service is excellent at the hotel. In short, highly recommended business hotel in Beijing.

Nice quiet location in Beijing's embassy/consular district. The lobby and check-in is what you would expect from a St Regis however some of the staff's English skills make for a difficult conversation. The room was quite small even though I got automatically upgraded (SPG Gold Member), the bathroom seemed dated and was below expectation as was the cleanliness. The butler...

My wife and I stayed at the St Regis for 5 nights. While I've been to the St Regis in NYC for meetings, this was my first stay at a St Regis hotel. The service was definitely 5 star and my wife and I took advantage of the butler service. I used Starwood points to book the room and we...
