We were 'debunked' by our cruise ship and transported to Beijing to save on travel times between port and Beijing - about two hours each way - so we had to full days in Beijing to trip around sights. The Grand Hyatt is certainly a magnificent Hotel right in the midst of top tourist sites

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 30 December 2016

I'd stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Beijing a few years ago and knew that their basic rooms were small. Therefore, for our family holiday in Beijing, I reserved a Club Suite. The hotel's location is quite good. It is attached to a fairly large mall which opens up some limited eating options and is near a subway station as...

We stayed three nights with them, and found the hotel extremely comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel had all the modern amenities with ample seating and food and drink service in the lobby and restaurants inside the hotel. The rooms were very spacious with all the amenities of an international hotel. We were travelling in a group...

Dear Shahid K, warm greetings from Grand Hyatt Beijing and thank you for sharing your positive experience with the community. I am happy to learn you had a pleasant stay and particularly enjoyed the breakfast offerings. I enjoy staying at the Grand Hyatt Beijing so much that it counterbalances my otherwise difficult business trips. The luxury of the room from decor to linens, the beautiful pool and spa and the convenient club floor make coming back 'home' a real pleasure...All the restaurants are wonderful...but make sure you have Peking Duck at Made in China...

It was our first trip to Beijing, and we chose the Hyatt because of my loyalty to the Hyatt chain. We loved staying at this hotel. The location is the best we could have asked for. Conveniently located, about a 15 minute walk from the usual sights of Beijing made our touring very easy. The hotel is located above a...

I had very high expectation for this hotel. However I left with disappointment. My room was on the 9th floor (0942), almost at the end of the hallway. You look directly at the beautiful fountain, very clean and comfortable. All these were changed @11pm. My next door neighbor (0943) was practicing piano all night and kept on going. I was...

Dear vivz, thank you for choosing to stay at Grand Hyatt Beijing and I am sorry that we were unable to address the piano situation in a more effective manner. This particular room has no piano as part of its permanent features and we should have been quicker at allocating a room for you ( or any other guest) away...

Very good and comfortable hotel, extremely well located, but too expensive considering the facilities and options of meals, specially considering vegetarian or vegan requirements. Not to mention that check is takes too long, by the way.

Dear MarceloZanon, thank you for highlighting the need for our team to expand the selection of food offering for our Vegan and Vegetarian guests. This was actually the topic of a discussion between our chefs a few moments ago and we agree that we need to have more dishes on offer moving forward. We have also noted your comments on...
