I enjoyed my stay overall. The hotel amenities were excellent and our room was very clean. My only complaint was the smell of cigarette throughout the floor even though it was non-smoking. Hotel staff's English was limited but they made an effort.

This is a top star hotel in many ways, the standard is high and you feel welcome when staying here. A spacious, decorated and inviting lobby is a good start. The staff is friendly and service-minded. The rooms are big with many amenities and the bed is really comfortable. The location is also good as it is amongst the first...

Stayed several times at this hotel and really appreciated their Executive Rooms, a great Lounge on the top of the Building overlooking the Diplomatic Area very near by. Their Restaurants are serving fine food and overall the service all round is very friendly and caring. Keep up the good work and I will be back.

We were on a business trip and had our reservations made in Hotel Kunlun with so much doubt whether it had been chosen thoughtfully or not and let me tell you, Kunlun team and services had it all. A true five star with wonderful breakfast buffet. Hotel kunlun is perfectly located next to subway station and minutes away from the...

This is a perfectly nice four or five star Chinese hotel, but really is best suited for Chinese travelers. There are a few quirks western guests will find odd, and for the same price (it's not cheap the Kunlun) westerners are better at a brand name hotel. Here's why. To save money after hours the Kunlun shuts off the power...

Dear Ham M, Thank you for your candid review. Please allow me to address the concerns you raised in your review: As an international standard luxury business hotel, the vast majority of our facilities -- including all seven of our elevators -- operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At no point is electricity cut off to any...

Stayed here in 2001 when travelling in China, with a party of eighteen Emergency medicine physicians. Beautiful hotel with many amenities. Nice restaurant with good breakfast options. Comfortable bed and room. Close to shopping. Would stay here again.

Great location for exploring Beijing, this hotel is about a 20 minute walk to Sanlitun where there are lots of good restaurants and shops. The subway station, Liangmaqiao, is very close by (just around the corner). I found the Beijing subway to be very convenient and user friendly. The breakfast at the main restaurant was usually too crowded for my...

In late July I had to go to China to transact business in 5 different provinces and Hebei province was the first.
