We spent 2 night here on our first trip to Beijing and this hotel offers a perfect location for first timers. Location : Just right behind the famous Wangfujing Street, 30 minutes walk to Forbidden City/Jingshan Park, 10 minutes walk to nearest subway and located at the quiet street from the busy area. 7-11 is just right in front of... We spent 5 nights here, our first trip to Beijing. Location: We were told ( which was not the fault of the hotel) that it was 10 mins walk from the forbidden city - wrong it took us over 30 mins. It is one block from the main shopping street. Room: Standard size - nothing special but not bad. We... More

This was absolutly perfect. I have been to worse hotels in the States. The room was comfortable, I was not there to sit and linger in hotel. LOCATION. As a first timer, this was perfect, there is a varied selection of food. Did not eat at Hotel, too much to see up and down the street. There is a 7-11... More

We spent 6 nights in this hotel in September 2012. The best part of the hotel is its location. It is on a street that comes off the main shopping street, and a short walk to Dengshikou metro station. There are bakeries, supermarkets, malls etc all around, and it is easy to use the metro to get anywhere, including the... More

I recently stayed here 4 days in August with my teenage son as part of a tour. I cannot comment on the price as it was negotiated by the tour operator. The location is superb, one block off the main shopping street in Beijing, close to the Forbidden City and Tianneman Square, and many nearby food marts and restaurants. It... More

This hotel is 5-7 minutes walk away from a subway stop (Dengshikou). From the entrance of the hotel, turn right, then turn right at the end of the street. The station is further down the street on your right. The Beijing Subway is VERY well connected, so staying at this hotel means you can get to many places by public... More

Hotel is clean, functional and in a good location. Breakfast was at best ordinary but expensive. Could not include when booking. No coffee left on two of three mornings. When I asked, it was coming but it never did. Ceilings on upper floors are only 2 meters high. It looks like air-con was retrofitted afterwards. Lifts are small and slow.... More

The keys to this hotel are its location, its price and its value. The location is great! Just a kilometere walk from the Imperial Palace and only about 400 meters from one of the best shopping districts, possibly the best, in downtown Beijing. Just a short walk to Wangfujing Ave, which has a great church, St. Joseph's Wangfujing Church (Dongtang... More

Stayed recently for 4 nights, good sized clean rooms. Room safe & bottled water supplied. Buffet breakfast was really good with wide selection of chinese & western foods. This hotel has a great location. Just a short walk to Wangfujing Ave, which has plenty of shops & restaurants. Also located near this hotel is 7 eleven, supermarket, ATM & McDonalds.... More

We were a family of seven traveling together and had four rooms in all. The hotel is in a convenient location off a relatively quiet street just north of Wanfujing (and shopping!) and just a few blocks east of the Imperial Palace/Forbidden City. There is a decent convenience store and noodle joint right across the street from the entrance. The... More
