Rosewood hotels are truly synonymous with luxury and quality, and our stay in Beijing was no exception. We spent 3 nights here and we have to say that the level of service and comfort was absolutely excellent. The rooms are newly equipped, with a modern and elegant design, and you can see that the hotel really cares about them. They were spacious, beautiful and maintained to a high standard, which we appreciated every day of our stay. The bathroom was not only beautifully designed, but also large and practical.
A very pleasant service was the cleaning, which took place twice a day - in the morning and in the evening. This ensured that we always returned to a spotlessly clean room and felt as comfortable as possible. It's one of the details that really adds to the feeling of luxury and guest care.
The location of the hotel is another big advantage – it is right in the center of the city, so all the main sights were within easy reach. The proximity to the metro, which was literally around the corner, allowed us to comfortably explore the whole city without the stress of traffic.
During our stay we also tried the hotel spa, which was beautifully decorated and very luxurious. We spent several pleasant evenings in the hotel bar - the menu was varied, including quality cocktails, and the staff were always attentive and professional. We would also like to highlight the breakfasts which were perfect. The buffet offered a wide selection of fresh and quality dishes, from traditional Asian cuisine to classic European dishes. The service was perfect - fast, helpful and always with a smile on their face.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Rosewood Beijing from start to finish and would definitely like to come back. We were particularly impressed by the hotel's interesting collaboration with the fashion brand Burberry, which added unique style and elegance to the entire environment.

My go-to hotel for business trips in Beijing. Really beautiful interiors and thoughtful services and amenities. Nice comfy bed and good entertainment systems. Pool is amazing, warm, with a jacuzzi. Restaurant / room service is a bit pricey but you get the quality

Every stay at Rosewood Hotel is impeccable and this stay was no exception: Jason was so kind upon checkin and professionally polite and helpful. Every other need was met by Jessica, staying at the Rosewood would be incomplete without as she’s always there at the ready to assist with anything, sometimes even before we voice it. Jessica gave us a tour of the Manor Club, which we will consider for a future stay. She also arranged taxi and many other small crucial details. Every employee we meet was cheerful, polite, discreet, and helpful which is superb considering how much we value high quality service. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed the oat milk lattes, but I would love it if they also offered coconut milk lattes or other non dairy alternatives. The pool was lovely and we appreciate quietly discreet employees. We noted an employee taking water samples, we assume to monitor water hygiene levels. This was comforting to see! The water for the feet at the entrance was very very cold however.

Rose Wood Hotel has a swimming pool. is at the top of the glass through the sunlight is very warm. the pool is full of green plants especially good. the environment is comfortable . there are also several rest between provicl bath towel. bathrobe. mineral water. there is also a very clean dressing room and bathroom and thermal heat sink temperature 40 degrees don't have to worry about child catches a cold. really very good .the service was very attentive and it was a great experience.

Overall decent quality but questionable cleanliness - I like the beddings and appreciate the friendly housekeeping staff.
One thing to point out is the bathroom is haunted by odor of cigarettes. Although I was informed by front desk staff that this might came from the ventilation system where other guests were smoking, the odor was persistent enough to last more than a night - even an air purifier offered by the hotel was functioning for the whole night.
Believe that Beijing enforces a citywide no indoor smoking policy, so I still doubt the explanation offered by the relevant hotel staff members and the cleanliness issue is subpar. It will become a factor for me to reconsider my choice of stay in Beijing going forward.

Beijing is an exiciting city, but also very big, noisy and hectic. Because of that I highly enjoyed my stay in "Rosewood". It calm me down and gives me the perfect balance which I needed during the day to see the sights! I was very surprised about the modern and high standard at all. The interior design in the room is pretty beautiful and the quality of food is excellent. In the "Country Kitchen" they spoil you with authentic local food! Try it out and don't waste your time to find it outside, somewhere in the city. Because I'm a champagne & wine lover as well, I was glad to choose between different well selected bottles. By the way, all areas in the hotel are clean every time, including spa&pool. Children are allowed, but you don't miss your silent time at the pool. The prices compared with the offerings are high, but worth to pay it, except the massage/spa, even the therapist are professional.

I booked the Rosewood suite for my grandmother and mum’s birthday. I am impressed that the Rosewood Beijing team understood what this stay means to me and my grandma and went out of their way to make the stay a memorable one. I feel very fortunate to have chosen Rosewood Beijing and would like to express my sincere gratitude. I hope more guests can experience a beyond 5 star hotel stay with them. I had good experience staying with Rosewood Hong Kong previously but felt the service we received at Rosewood Beijing exceeded that of Hong Kong in that it was not only professional but also thoughtful.
During booking process, Miss Guo of booking department explained in details different room types in order to help me select one that is convenient for elderly. She also took the initiative to suggest other amenities which added to the comfort of my grandma (e.g. wheelchair, chair in shower). Miss Only Lv of reception provided supreme concierge service and followed through all issues during the stay (e.g. humidifier, kettle, flower and cake arrangement). Miss Lv and her department head also mentioned this stay with hotel’s general manger who instructed all staff to provide extra assistance throughout. We were visited, greeted and helped by the GM, GM assistant, department head, customer relationship, concierge, restaurant managers and many other kind staff. My grandma felt very spoiled and really cherished the opportunity to be treated like a VIP at the age of 96.
The hotel itself is tastefully decorated and well maintained and Christmas deco added extra charm. The suite is almost 80 sqm and is very spacious both in guest room and bathroom. There is no issue accommodating two guests in the standing shower and bath tub area. The suite is facing CCTV building and has excellent view day and night. The Peking duck at Country Kitchen (remember to reserve!) is a must try and is probably one of the best (if not the best) among the ones we’ve tried in Beijing. Dim sum in The House of Dynasties is Hong Kong Michelin star Cantonese restaurant standard. The suite comes with access to the Executive Club and both afternoon tea and cocktails are of good quality.
I recall finding it unbelievable that almost all guests gave Rosewood Beijing 5/5 in google reviews and naturally had expectation. However, this stay has exceeded our expectation. We hope the hotel would reward staff who helped out in our stay and wish Rosewood Beijing team a very successful 2022!

Beautiful experience at the Rosewood hotel and would definitely recommend it to all of my friends. It OSS worth every penny paid when you consider how friendly, helpful and kind all of staff is and all of the details are skillfully and cleanly managed. Coco at Front desk helped with every detail of our checkin and checkout, she was quick and professional and just lovely. Jessica at concierge helped me decide a fabulous restaurant to try and arrange reservations for us as well as transportation there. The pool is gorgeous and opening hours are impressive!!!!! Most pools in China open so late and close so early that it’s barely even worth it but Rosewood hotel hours are 6 AM - 11 PM which is so accommodating. I hope that the main pool won’t be too cold in the winter time, hopefully they’ll have some sort of heating system in place. Definitely recommend!
