Ritan Hotel is purported to be a 4 star hotel in downtown Beijing, however there is a lot of improvements required to have this hotel really up to the standard of a 4 star hotel. Although billed as only 30 minutes from the airport, it took us almost an hour and a half to get to the hotel from the...

It is an average hotel if you compare price among Beijing hotels but a bit costly comparing to other countries. It is far from being luxurious and so nice as it is described in advertisement. Location is good for Russian-speaking tourists no doubt as it is close to shopping malls and streets for shoppers. No so far from historical center,...

Hotel location is very good. You can easly access to the silk market by foot. There are several different restaurants near by for travellers. Rooms are clean, reception supervisors are helpful. I didnt face to big communication issue. I can recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with spacious room and huge bed. WiFi not reliable in all rooms. It seems that the higher floors have a more challenging connection. At 'peak hours' the elevator takes longer to reach. The halls could use more light. The restaurant is good but has a limited variety of dishes. I would stay there again.

The lobby is huge and beautiful. Our room was very comfortable with a large bathroom. It was especially nice since this was our first stop after the long flight from the United States. My only complaint is that the hallways were very dimly lit. That part was difficult. Otherwise, lovely hotel. Nice breakfast too, with a huge buffet - both...

Bedroom are clean, spacious and comfortable beds. The only thing I did not appreciate is the stained carpets, especially on the hallways. They shoul stick to tiles for ease of cleaning. Breakfast buffet was great.

Outstanding 5-star hotel! Superior elegant rooms, spacious, crystal chandeliers, marble bathrooms, fine bed linens, excellent breakfast, English speaking staff, beautiful pool and spa, really outstanding in a very neat, attractive part of Beijing. We took an early morning walk, very safe and modern: mall and park opposite the hotel, many great restaurants on the premises as well. All in all,...

We stayed at the Rincon with a Sinorama tour and really liked the hotel. The room was pleasant, had US electric plugs, hair dryer and amenities. The bar was pleasant ,but it was essentially a lobby sitting area that stopped serving alcohol after 8 p.m. and charged a lot for a coffee. The only restaurant was not run by the...

We stayed as part of a Sinorama Holidays travel group and found the hotel to be first class except for the service at breakfast. The breakfast buffet is very nice but there was never enough room for everyone. We stayed three nights and each morning it was the same, with some people sitting on the floor and others having to...
