The most helpful staff I have ever come across. They helped me get about everywhere by clearly explaining how to do things. The rooms were simple and clean. The location was excellent, everything was walking distance. Wang Fu Jing was a stones throw away.I had a train to Xian at 8.40pm and they allowed me to use the room at...

For the price and location, it's a good value. We had a hard time finding this hotel. Make sure you have the name and address written in Chinese for the taxi or for any further directions. It was neat and maintained well enough. The concierge and receptionist were helpful. They sold bottled water for a fair price which made travel...

This hotel is located within 1km of attractions such as Forbidden City, Tian An Men Square, DongHuaMen and Wangfujing. There are quite a number of nice eateries around. Within 1km from Dengshikou, Wangfujing and TianAnMen subway stations. There is a travel desk which we used to book a day trip to Mutianyu section Great Wall. Good value for the price...

We knew this will be more of the hostel standard rather then a hotel. But for two nights we were prepared to take the risk due to its good location close to the Forbidden City. The amenities weren't too bad and the heating worked really well. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom were the issue. There was...

Jade is a good place for solo or family travelers. Budget hotel with everything self- service. Reasonably neat and clean. Though it was difficult to locate at 2am, but location is easy and close to central markets and other tourist attractions like the Forbidden City. I preferred to walk down to these places. I did not try the food at...

The hostel looks really interesting, it is within walking distance to a lot of attractions, the place is clean for a hostel. The street can be quite dark at night, but it is mostly old folks in the neighborhood. You can ask for the staff at the front desk if you are interested in local tours, but I didn't join...

Stayed here for four nights. The hotel was a budget hotel but the rooms were clean and spacious with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is in the hutong and within walking distance to the Forbidden City, Jingshan Park and other tourist attractions. There are small shops near by and some good restaurants (varying from street food through...
