Great location close to Tiananmen Square and the metro and surrounded by interesting hutong. Very helpful staff with varying levels of English - they helped us with booking flight tickets and provided advice on places to see and eat. They have a nice courtyard to sit and get talking to other travellers. They have 3 PC's with free internet. The...

The hostel is good; the rooms are ok, and the courtyard is charming. The place is nice. Friendly staff and friendly people there too. Such well located, just 3 mins to Tian Men Square. They have computers with internet, good breakfast, and drinks. Next to a very lively hutong.

The hostel is located in the middle of the centre, just a couple of hundred meters away from the forbidden city. The hostel itself is great, especially the courtyard. You can eassily meet other travellers and every night is very nice to sit around, drinking some beers and just chat with everybody. The owner is a very nice and helpfull...

Great location- as others reviews say, close to Tiananmen sq., close to a main road with lots of places to shop and eat, and 5 min walk to the metro station (easiest way to travel around Beijing). I stayed in a dorm room with 4 beds, mixed. Although i took it due to my limited budjet, it was really nice....

Qianmen hostel is in the heart of beijing city, just 5 minutes south of Tianamen square (if that excites you????) and conveniently located within 5 minutes walking distance of the local Qianmen metro station. Better yet it is just off the main street in the area that goes off in the day and night full with restaurants and your glamourous...

Merely a 5 minute walk from Qienmen subway station, across from a McDonald's and right in the centre of a very happening shopping area - awesome! Myself and a friend stayed here for 5 nights through our stay in Beijing and found it to be a perfect hostel for us being centrally located and good value. We stayed in a...

We stayed here for four nights. It is brilliantly located just south of the Forbidden City and is in walking distance from the underground station. The service here is good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the beers are cheap! The only criticism I have is that it is slightly overpriced for a hostel. One word of advice: dont go...

Great location, 2 minutes on foot from Tian An Men Square, has a bus stop at the door, opposite a Mac Donald (it can be handy, just to grab a coffee. At least you know how much it costs! I was asked 30 RMB (5 USD) at a terrible place at the corner!), near Dushalan Street and a huton full...

Pros - Good location, a short walk to Tiananmen square and metro train station - Love the courtyard, it looked lovely in the snow - Very helpful staff - Rooms were small but clean Cons - The cat lurking around has a habit to meow loudly outside the door in the early hours of the morning, and may try to...

Location: Good location. A street away from QianMen Pedestrian Street where there are shops, restaurant (the famous Quan Ju De is there too!), H&M, Uniqlo, SDeer (this is a Chinese brand from Suzhou and i love their dresses) and many small souvenir shops.. Lots of small shops and local eateries in MeiShi street where the hostel is. You will be...
