do not stay as this BW does not come up to standards of other BW I had stayed in. The bathroom was dirty, things were falling off, sink was clogged, showere overflowed, toilet was clogged. the carpet was dirty and smelled.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel (with the exception of the bed! Extremely large and very comfortable!). I could not communicate with the staff at all, as I don't speak Mandarin. I assumed because it was a Best Western, there would be some English spoken. I feel badly complaining about communication issues, what with me not speaking...

My second stay at this hotel left me disappointed. While the lobby area is very shiny and the breakfast buffet is really enjoyable, some facilities in the rooms are not functional: WiFi was a constant issue, barely receivable and most of the time, no IP address could be assigned. Wired network was disfunctional until the wall plug was fixed. Afterwards...

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was nice, the rooms were clean and it was a short walk (15 minutes) to the Olympic Park. It's also good value as the cost is lower than the hotels near the forbidden city. However if you're looking for a business hotel convenient to downtown I would recommend paying a little more...

The room was very clean, and the staff extremely helpful and courteous. The laundry service was superb, and all of the amenities were easy to find and very comfortable. While the hotel is located near a highway, it is quiet in the rooms. The only problem with the location is the hotel is outside the 4th ring and the distance...

I and three Chinese natives stayed at this hotel and for us the deposit was 6000yuan(=£600). We paid it but at the end of the stay we noticed that the receipt said 5000yuan and that was all they would return. The friend paying the deposit is not one to make a mistake or forget how much she paid. It took...

My Chinese colleague and I stayed at the Best Western Olympic, in separate rooms, for four days in June 2014, while attending a convention at the Beijing National Convention Center. Both of us came away with the some opinion. The hotel is OK but let’s find another hotel when we return to Beijing. In the lobby plaque states that it...

I only booked this hotel because I THOUGHT this is walking distance to the Olympic Stadium. But I was wrong. I had to literally took cab everywhere! :( In anyway the hotel was good, clean room but small. Acceptable for me but probably not acceptable for others. It's China anyway, hard to expect spotless hotels. And they are very very...
