Both the room and attached bathroom are very small. No refrigerator. No free water. Very convenient location. Price is quite expansive. Friendly reception. Free WIFI. Recommended to get higher floor. I stayed at 3rd floor, woke up by the noise on the surrounding at 5.30am.

Room as expected as I read the reviews before booking and quite an experience having to bathe infront of the basin with the hose splashing onto the toilet bowl and everywhere else. Just make sure the towel is out of the boundary before you bathe so that it won't get wet. Room is clean with a side table for my...

I have booked a standard twin room with Casa Hotel. Good comments: Hotel at the main road, walking distance to MTR and airport bus stop. Bad things are very tiny room and bathroom. I think the single bed is smaller than usual standard size. Don't have enough walking space within the room, difficult to take a bath. The lifts are...

Hong Kong is always famous with expensive accommodation. If you're Travelling to HK, always remember to check on your calendar about the activities or any event in HK before setting your date because the rate will increase 40-60% from the normal price. I choose Casa Hotel because of the location. Other then that, everything the same ranging from the small...

The hotel is located about a hundred meters away from Yau Ma Tei Station, exit C. It is very easy to locate. The reception area is clean and the front desk people are cery respectful and can speak English well. They allowed my party to check in early since there was an available room at no extra charge. The room...

Loud, peeling paint, grubby carpets, such a tiny bathroom that I bumped my hip trying to take a shower, and couldn't sit straight on the toilet. Wanted to charge me for just borrowing an adaptor. I was booked for one night before catching a plane. I was actually booked here for one night on my way back too, but took...

I stayed at Deluxe room, room size decent for 2 person stay, have enough space to move around. The security guard was very helpful by giving direction and recommendation on food. Located near temple street, walking distance to midnight food street, plenty of nice food for supper, never get hungry late night. The MRT station & airport bus stop A21...

The Casa Hotel is a good bargain and a block from the subway. We went in what would be considered off season and paid around $809. For a week. Showers are interesting in that you stand in the bathroom with the shower head. Rooms are very clean. There is another section of the hotel referred to as Executive Casa Hotel,...

Book this hotel because it was decently priced and right next to Yau Ma Tei MTR station. Anyone looking to stay in Kowloon knows that hotel rates are through the roof but i found a good deal for Casa Hotel, and I was most happy with its location. You can easily get to this hotel from the HK airport via...

Staying in Jordan / Yau Ma Tei

Neighbourhood Profile
Jordan / Yau Ma Tei
The Jordan and Yau Ma Tei neighbourhood is where you will find some of the more authentic areas of Hong Kong. Not as glamourous or busy as its neighbours Mong Kok to the north or Tsim Sha Tsui to the south, Yau Ma Tei is often mistakenly overlooked by visitors on their trips to Hong Kong. Exploring parts of this area makes you feel like you’ve been transported back in time. A large part of the neighbourhood draws from the rich history of Temple Street, stretching from Jordan to Yau Ma Tei, where a mix of dai pai dongs (outdoor restaurants), market stalls, fortune tellers and old karaoke bars bring out the history and culture of the area. The neighbourhood is a showcase of diversity – different ethnicities, cultures, and a mix of old and new.
