The hotel is located in the red light district of mongkok what is so good about that? from the nearest exit of the MTR (train) it takes around 5-10 mins to walk to the hotel but you won't feel safe walking especially during late nights as the area is generally like the slums in other countries. On one occasion when...

In general, great value for money for the location and cleanliness (it's a pretty newish hotel) of the hotel. Rooms are decently sized with a good bathroom. I suggest you take the bus from the airport and get down at the Mongkok station and walk to the hotel. That's the cheapest solution if you're on a budget. For your return...

I stay there for the last night for my trip to HK in september 2011. Overall this hotel is just simple and nice. Definitely value for money!! It's just 10 minutes walk to Mong Kok MTR station. It's quite at night. Not easy to get taxi by your own unless you asked the hotel to arrange to you or you...

Because of various conventions, many hotels in Tsim sha Tsui and Causeway Bay areas have increase their rates (Sep 2011). Some hotels even charged more than double their usual rates. Thus I looked for other hotels which did not increase their price. And I found Pop Hotel. The hotel provides simple but comfortable room, with free internet, (cable and wifi),...

We stay here for 2 nights, we arrive at the night time, we walk about 5 min from MTR station Mong Kok. The staff is friendly, the hotel is new and clean but the room is small compare to the price. There is a 7 Eleven across the road, and some small local shop beside the hotel. Near a big...

- Stayed five nights - Less than a five minute walk to the Mongkok MTR - Less than a ten minute walk to Ladies Street - Floors were sticky, but otherwise room was clean enough - Wasn't as cramped as originally anticipated. Enough room on three sides of the bed for luggage. - The few blocks in the immediate vicinity...

Stayed here for 3 nights last week after reading the reviews at Tripadvisor. New and clean hotel in a super good location - 5 minutes to MTR, Lingram Shopping Centre and Nathan Road. Directly across Nathan Road is Ladies Market . . . which is about all I can appreciate about this hotel. Service is non-exsistence, not even a smile...

I wld recommend that one shld get a print out of the hotel map. Lucky we did or else the 5 mins walk frm the mtr may take longer than expected. The hotel hav no restaurants, coffee house or whatsoever. But they provide free mineral water. Since it's near to langham shopping centre, you can just grab a bite there....

Not advisable for children. The surrounding can be quite scary at night time. But those who want some authentic experience - this will be the one as you can see the true HKG morning wet market.
