Great hotel to stay in. Friendly staff, amazing pool on the 9th floor and the rooms were immaculate including King beds and views of the harbour simply stunning. 5 minute walk to eateries and a 20 minute walk along the harbour to where you can do a harbour cruise and visit the Bruce Lee statue. The choices, tastes, and presentation were delightful from start to finish. Dinner at Above and Beyond was indeed above and beyond our expectations - the view, service, taste, and presentation were top-notched, thoughtful without being pretentious. We had such a great time we were almost the last party to leave. A visit to the restroom after the dinner further proved the professionalism of the staff. The housekeeping lady was probably doing her final cleaning for the day; she was so kind in her words it almost made us feel that we were visiting a friend's home. My family and I have visited many hotels all over the world - Hotel ICON has really risen to the top of that list!

At first, I didn't have high expectations of the hotel, I was only here because of the famous buffet.
Turns out, Hotel Icon has become my favorite hotel to stay at, and we would like to celebrate every special occasion here.
The staff completed the check-in process efficiently and courteously. He introduced the hotel facilities for us to explore, and even asked if we had any luggage that needed help, and even walked outside the front desk to give us the room card. We felt so welcome and amazed by the service. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality.
Our room was upgraded to the Club 65 Studio Suite King, and we'd love to stay in the same room next time. It was full of surprises, providing two washrooms if you would like to have some privacy with your partner. The bathtub is big enough for 2 people and even provides the bath bomb and body scrub, along with a TV! The sink is also big enough for 2 people to brush their teeth together!! What's more, the mini-bar is free and includes a variety of drinks and snacks, and we watched a football match at midnight with beer and chips - we had so much fun. Furthermore, the room was spotlessly clean, and the towels and bed were 10 out of 10. Thank you very much to the housekeeping staff for making the room so clean, we appreciate it.
The hotel prepared a cupcake, a handwritten birthday card, and birthday balloon decorations. My partner was very happy and surprised! We also received another birthday cake from the buffet staff, and she kindly offered to take pictures for us, which was so thoughtful. Thank you very much. Especially thanks Cody, Jonathan, Debby, Fong, Joey and Patrick taking care of my stay. The cleaning staff is very busy cleaning rooms everyday and I saw them always running around, but they will greet you with a warm smile every time. They always care about my needs and response to my request efficiently. They are such a wonderful team to be proud of.
