Pretty basic , no frills hotel! Located conveniently close to the Kennedy Town MTR, with a bunch of eating places around. The standard room was functional, but the bed seemed smaller than advertised. A bit of a squeeze for two persons. Reception staff was fairly pleasant. Great location, basic, functional property though! Not much more to offer, if you're looking... More

Stayed here for around 9 days last December and the location was pretty convenient because it is located at the end of the Island line MTR, Kennedy Town. The town is hip with lots of hole-in-the-wall restaurants and public transportation is readily available within the hotel. Service is good and the receptionists can speak English well. Housekeeping is also readily... More

My stay at Mia Casa was for 12 days. Mia Casa is really close to the Metro, shopping, and restaurants. The staff was friendly, helpful, and courtesy. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would stay at Mia Casa again.

Stayed here for 5 nights when I was here on a conference at Cyberport. Loved every bit of it. The room is small but that's expected in HK. It's so efficiently designed that I didn't feel I needed anymore space. It's really clean, plenty of closet and counter space. The location is amazing, right in the middle of Kennedy Town,... More

Mia Casa hotel is located right in the middle of Kennedy Town on Hong Kong Island(Our favorite part of the city). It is a quick walk from Kennedy Town station and pretty easy to find. The room itself is pretty standard for Hong Kong, small but very clean and comfortable. The bed was a bit on the hard side, but... More

Mia Casa is just a "My house" without a piece of pasta in sight. A boutique hotel with the smallest reception room in my experience. Rooms are generous size, beds great [firm mattress] and bathroom is great for a shower, 1 person at a squeeze. the staff are obliging and adequate but we in several visits have only met a... More

We stayed here previously as it is very close to where my son lives. Since visiting Kennedy Town before it is now fast becoming a trendy area with bars and restaurants and the MTR link to Central etc so a good area to stay in plus for the most part it is quieter than central which can be quite mad... The room is very well appointed with the most efficient use of space for a studio room. The location is in Kennedy Town close to great restaurants and bars and right at the end of the subway line! Good local shopping for food items to be consumed in your room!

Great Location at Kennedy Town which is at the end of the Island Line so nowhere near as busy as most of the rest of Hong Kong; 5 minutes walk from the MRT with multiple dining and drinking options nearby. Convenience stores and Supermarkets very close. Small reception, just off Smithfield Street, which is just in front of Exit C.... More

It's really a 3 out of 5 kind of hotel, but we've rated it a 4 because of its low cost for HK and because of the surrounding amenities and low cost of Kennedy Town. A basic and small but very modern hotel room outside of the high-priced business corridors of Hong Kong, but on the subway system and nearby... More
