1. Small room 2. Low ceilings especially in the bathroom 3. Smelled mold between the bed and the night-stands 4. In non-smoking room, smelled cigarette smoke one morning, probably from the vents 5. Heater does not work, AC or Cold Air Fan only, after leaving the room the fan turned on by itself and froze my room. Thermostat is 80's...

I choose this hotel as it had an excellent special deal on for preChristmas. This was through the hotel's website. My daughter and I stayed here in a twin room. Very comfortable and clean. Excellent proximity to Nathan Rd, the MTR and the harbour ferries. We used the bag storage for the day on our last day before heading to...

We have been staying here each year for a number of years and generally been very happy till this time. Quality of service has gone down dramatically especially in the room service but the people are helpful and the location is top class with easy access to every where. VERY slow internet and even the quality of toilet paper is...

I arrived early and was very happy my room was available - well before normal check in. The staff were great and hotel location is excellent for main TST area. My only issue was the room size. I was planning to stay for 17 nights and had booked a room on the Executive floor. It was so small there was...

We checked into this hotel expecting poor service but we were surprised at how much had changed since the travelers reviews of mid 2016. It seems the hotel listens to its clients. The Front desk were efficient, a bellboy took our luggage up, the concierge was accommodating (without expecting a tip), housekeeping responded promptly to our request for more pillows....

This is a great hotel, every time I come to Hong Kong I stay here and only here. The service is amazing, Helen in the lounge has always taken good care of me when I've needed it. The location of the hotel is great; close to many attractions, the subway, and the ferry system. The rooms are small but remember...

We stayed ten nights, and found the hotel to be very pleasant. We booked a club room, if you do this, you avoid the line of people checking in (which I didn't realise), you check in on the 17th floor. The club lounge is very small, but you get free tea, coffee, beer and snacks, as well as cocktails from...

My room was clean but small for a superior room. The bed and the pillows were 'rock hard' which didn't suit me. The staff were very friendly and helpful and you could book day tours from the front desk.

Stayed at the hotel for 6 days from 5 to 10 Dec. Other than the location, being conveniently linked to the TST MTR station & minutes away from the Star Ferry Terminal, there's nothing remarkable about this hotel. Hotel room was pretty small too. Some "issues" I've encountered include: BEDS - My booking was for a deluxe room, which supposedly...
