Stayed at their newly refurbished family room for 4 nights. The room was comfortable for my family of 3, with enough space for my toddler to walk around and bathtub for her bathing fun. This is a luxury as not all hotel rooms in HK come with bathtub. The location is also central to a lot of eateries and 5... More

Me and my husband Billy stayed in this hotel from Nov.10 – Nov.20. We were both impressed by the excellent services tendered by their Executive VIP Lounge on the 22nd floor upon arrival and departure. The staff working at the Lounge are professionally trained. I stayed 15 nights in this hotel. Nov 7th to 22nd. I booked the executive room. The executive floor lounge staffs were excellent. Genuinely friendly and very helpfully providing directions to places. The breakfast selection was good, Chinese and western foods. Alcoholic beverages were free in the cocktail hours along with food. The lounge has a good view of the... More

The setting and the decorations of the lobby are contemporary. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed on the 14th floor, a non smoking level. The room was clean. The location of the hotel is excellent, which is only a three-minute walk from the MTR, adjacent to the Victory Park and opposite a commercial building with a lot... More

Our stay at the Park Lane Hotel was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and our suite was extremely comfortable. Being able to enjoy the Executive Lounge was fabulous. We loved the breakfasts, afternoon teas and cocktails and will definitely be back! The Park Lane exceeded our expectations in every way.

First impressions went well since I'd stayed here many many years go. The lobby design is nice and everything you would expect from a Pullman. As a platinum member I was greeted by a friendly checkin agent and the process was seemless. The room is terrible and supposedly upgraded due to Accor. Plat status, the room is dated, bed is... Had stayed at this hotel before (as airline crew), but the recent refurbishment is fabulous. There was a misunderstanding at checkin, but this was dealt with very professionally and satisfactorily with the duty manager Keith. Highly recommend the option to upgrade to executive tier; two staff in particular (Jordan and David) were so welcoming, and provided much new advice on... More

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centres of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
