Simply put, if you have the opportunity to travel to Hong Kong, no matter how busy you are, I highly recommend staying at Hong Kong Regent, where you will enjoy world-class service, delicious breakfast and great views of Victoria Harbour.
Arriving at the hotel before noon, because I have permission to use the lounge, the Porter at the door directly led us to the Riyadh to check in directly. The entire check-in process was very smooth and the rooms were arranged early, thanks to the Cygan supervised service and room navigation process, you can feel the high importance of senior members of the IHG Group. This 4-day stay in Ryokan has also been served by many helpful staff, such as Tatsuki demonstrated the Japanese's high attention to the details of the service, and Roy's constantly sharp eyes can always see if guests need to call the needs of the service staff.
The room has a lot of small details and subtle designs, for example, the design of wireless charging on the bedside table, the special glass in the bathroom, and the adjustment of the number of indoor lighting, none showing the design attention. The supplies/water in the room will be supplemented at any time during each room cleaning and night service, so we don’t need to call the staff at all times, even if we need to call, we can also notify the staff 24/7. The service staff can arrange not only the problems in the room, but also can respond well to the needs of itinerary suggestions / sightseeing information / restaurant appointments.
Because I love sports and fitness, the gym at Hong Kong Regent has a lot of fitness equipment and plenty of exercise space, which is a very big addition, next to the gym there is an unlimited swimming pool and a warm outdoor three, and there is a small dressing room inside to provide sitting space / laundry needs / swimsuit drainage, and there is an oven for use.
Breakfast is a buffet form and comes with cooked eggs and powder serving. There is a wide variety of options available, combined with bright interior design and Victoria Harbour views, which greatly enhance the overall dining experience.

Pure luxury - absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel has been modernised in a lovely way. The service is impeccable and staff are so helpful and friendly. We stayed in a harbour view room and it was perfect - with the real wow factor. As HK hotels go, I think you’d be hard pressed to find rooms with views as good as this. The view really is unique with the huge window in the type of room we choose and the position of the hotel on the harbour front. The gym was great with a full range of new equipment and the breakfast was fantastic too. Will definitely be back.

Amazing experience overall, every details are there making it a real luxury experience. The. room is dead quiet, the aircon is exactly what it should be, temperature adjust without noise or wind, the lighting mood are really on point and the smart buttons are only lighting up when you put your hand very closely. The shower water pressure isn’t affected if you decide to have rain shower together with the shower handset, the room is 99% dark and the view is really amazing. The beddings are really comfortable, every materials they choose is very nice from the flooring carpets to the metal chosen for the faucet, vase etc The breakfast was busy with people but I still managed to enjoy the experience and nobu albeit expensive rarely disappoint. My new favorite in HK

This stay at Regent Hotel Hong Kong was a truly memorable experience for a long time. Thirty years ago, the Regent Hotel, which I visited when I was young, left me with a special memory, and finding it again was a mixture of some concerns with Sulem. As long as time went by, the hotel was expected to change, but contrary to expectations, the newly decorated hotel retained its modern yet unique luxury. I could feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay, and it felt like I was back home.
Especially the experience in the club lounge was really great. I was able to confirm that the many reviews I saw on the Internet were all true. From the overall atmosphere of the lounge to the detailed service was perfect. Amy, her careful care as a room manager was really impressive, and her team members Desmond, Cheryl, Pranita also greeted me with bright smiles and kindness every morning and evening. Amy is especially capable of anticipating and responding to customer needs. Thanks to it, every moment in the club lounge was very comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks to her and the professional service of the team, I was excited to come back to the Regent Hotel.
When I returned to my room, I was impressed once more. Regent Hotel rooms are luxurious and stylish, and the beds and furniture are designed to maximize comfort. Especially the Hong Kong skyline viewed from the window was an artwork in itself. At night, the calm sea and the lights of the city combine, creating a romantic atmosphere. The cleanliness was also perfect without any flaws, and thanks to the carefully arranged rooms every day, we were able to have a comfortable relaxation throughout the trip.
The various restaurants in the hotel were also a highlight. The variety of dishes served in each restaurant in different styles exceeded all expectations. In particular, breakfast is made with a variety of fresh ingredients that make it a driving force to start your day. In the evening, it was possible to enjoy food and relax in the unique atmosphere of each restaurant, and the careful service of the staff made it even more special.
The Regent Hotel has been more than just a lodging place to truly offer guests relaxation and happiness. Every moment was friendly service and warm hospitality and this visit was a very meaningful time for me. Thanks to Amy and his team, I have a strong desire to come back, and when I visit Hong Kong again, the Regent Hotel will be my choice without hesitation.

Since the pandemic, we hadn’t been in HK for 5 years, we concerned a lot about choosing the hotel due to the storm warning in a week we travelled. So, we chose Regent to be the 1st half of our trip. And since the 1st step of hotel pre-arrival email until the last step out of the hotel by Sara.
I firstly met Christina at Front Desk for checking-in, things went smoothly.
The hotel’s located in a nice area, Tsim Sha Tsui, connected to K11 Musea and avenue of stars, So, it’s quite convenient to shop around while enjoying the sculptures and art inside. From MTR, go to Exit J2 for access the hotel via K11 Musea, heading to Moma design, then look for Lojel shop, the hotel side door just on the left of the shop.
The hotel harbour view is fantastic with symphony of light which shows every night. The room we got was around a half smaller than we got when it was IC but cleaner, more comfortable and more modern.
The housekeepers were very attentive in every single details, every time we went out, room was tidy ; all wires were wrapped, all bins were empty, bottled drinking water were filled up to 6, turndown service and so on.
At Concierge, Marshall’s a reliable foodie and very informative both for foods and languages (I’m sure he knows much more in other aspects.). He gave us an idea how to understand Cantonese words and cuisines and sent us a letter just right after we asked him about my favorite pork liver congee. My husband also liked how Jack explained the way to go to our destinations.
For Regent club, the foods and drinks were nice with more variety and better quality than the club lounge of other hotels. Here, we firstly met Edward who’s very nice, attentive and thoughtful to find out what guests need. Manson was so observant, sharped-eyed, ready to serve at all times, he’s a foodie as well, we got his recommendations for my favorite foods too. And Carolina’s the one who always brightened my day with her lovely smile and service. Also, Diya, Pranita, Karen, Tatsuki, Sachin and Cheng are very friendly, prompt response and lovely as well. Chef Ben and his team were so nice too, his congee texture was the right one for my taste, only different main ingredient. And there’s the best crispy bacon available. I thought I got best one already but Regent’s has now been up to replace the 1st of my list already. Actually, waking up and having meals, drinks and conversations with all of them made this stay so memorable.
Thank you all so much for lovely gifts and the nicest memories in HK.

Doorman was very rude. Had to tell him I was checking in and he literally brought my luggage to the reception desk and left. Ended up having the carry the luggage by myself. Receptionist was very nice and offered to escort to my room which I refused.
Booked with FHR and only got upgraded one level to a claustrophobic “suite” on a low floor, faced the entrance of the hotel and a busy street, despite me emailing days earlier asking to secure a smaller harbourfront view room. At check-in it was told the harbour view rooms needed a supplement which means they are available… The soundproof was pretty bad, kept me up at night few times.
The $100 credit could not be used on in-room dining which is unacceptable and a first time I’ve heard that. Room service, however, is good. The scallops were excellent. Delicious figs as welcome fruits
The suite is horribly designed I can’t even start. When you walk in there’s a closet and a “living room”, it had a small daybed and a tiny table. The closet can only be half closed. The living room smells like carpet and feet. The bed and pillows was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was way too soft and the bed too tall. There also no bluetooth speakers.
The bathroom was the worst. It had a long cup holder seperating one sink to make it look like two. The bathtub feels very uncomfortable to look at, let alone bathe in. The shower had no door and the bathmat gets in the way to enter the toilet next door. The toilet had no washlet either. AC unit for the bedroom happened to by the bathtub which kept me frozen the entire night trying to find it
Saw a large group of cruise or tour group guests to my dismay. When returning to the hotel, the two doormen were great, two staff member standing in the lobby completely ignored me and so did the group of staff showing a guest. Unbelievable
Breakfast was very crowded despite coming at 7.30am. The food was very good but the service is horrible. Didn’t even offer me tea or coffee but did for other guests. Was very unattentive. Tables are close by and small.

The bathtub was absolutely stunning and comfortable! The sofa right next to the window was big and nice! The TV was also large and amazing! Great Victoria Harbour view also!
Just one thing need improvement was the bottle water, i hate the metal lid, it could cut somebody's hand! They really should provide a bottle opener or something, or consider replacing with a different brand bottle water.

I stayed at the Regent Hong Kong many times and had a different experience each time. The hotel is well located next to Victoria Harbour, the rooms are neat and generous, of all the public areas of the hotel, my favourite is the Club Lounge, where you can enjoy views of Victoria Harbour, the gents and ladies of the lounge will provide professional and dedicated service, especially Cygan Kwok in the lounge, I will always ask her about some local travel tips and Hong Kong's local ethos, she will always be bored to answer them to me. I hope to meet the gentlemen and ladies of the Regent Hotel on my next trip to Hong Kong ...

We brought our children to Hong Kong to play and chose the Regent Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui. The Victoria Ocean View Rooms had a wide view and the sea view from the window was unobstructed. The location of the hotel is excellent and the surrounding attractions and shopping are within easy reach.
A special thank you to Michelle, who was kind enough to not only check us in, but also to detail the facilities and furnishings in the room. The comfort and intimate detail of the room make people feel at home. In addition Michelle and her team have thoughtfully prepared baby supplies for us.
The hotel's breakfast options are varied, from Chinese snacks to Western breads to suit every taste. During this time at the Regent Hotel, our family felt intimate service and comfort, and will definitely continue to choose the Regent Hotel Hong Kong next time.

Location of this hotel is great. Close to the Ferry to cross Victoria Harbor. Several night markets that are walking distant. Connected to K11 Musea. Walking distant to Hong Kong Art Museum. Upon check in everyone was very courteous. From the bell hop, door man, house keeping. A special recognition to Enzio (Ferrari) who checked us in and answered all our questions. Enzio spoke very good english, informed us of the amenities the hotel has to offer, showed us the Hong Kong skyline view (WOW!) showed us to the breakfast buffet, recommended local restaurants, and assisted us to our room. Great customer service! Also, would like to recognize these very polite and great customer service at the breakfast buffet; Rico, Jeslin, and Kayla. They were quick to clean the table, offer any kind of drinks, and refilled water without request. Had small conversations with us. (American's love small talk) 😁 and just all around caring about our stay at the hotel. This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful view of the nightly skyline show of Hong Kong. We were in room 1126 and 1124. We will be recommending this hotel to our friends and family. We will return. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
