The bedroom and bedroom were clean, however the small bathroom looks a little dated. I had no issue with the bed or pillows, but my picky spouse said the bed and pillows were too hard for him. The bed seemed short. I'm 5 ft 1 in and my feet were at the end of the bed. My picky husband said he could hear the plumbing during the night, however I slept like a log and never heard anything. Amenities included fridge and bottled water was replenished daily. The bathroom provided a comb, toothbrush/paste, shower cap, q-tips and cotton pads. Bathroom was shower stall with toilet and sink-no room for 2 people to be in there at the same time. The buffet breakfast which we purchased with the nightly stay was excellent. Asian and North American food items, so much to choose from. We had the seafood buffet which was on special for $298 HKD instead of $548 was outstanding. When we left the hotel for the airport, my husband was hoping for a larger taxi to accomodate our 4 suitcases (2x carryon, medium and a large). The bellhop was kind enough to call a larger taxi out of the lineup and have them go to the side of the hotel for us. Apparently, the protocol is for customers to take the first taxi available in the lineup. The location was excellent, as we ended up walking to many sites in the area. We chose to keep our sightseeing simple, as we just finished a cruise. We could easily walk south to the harbour in 20 minutes, or west to a shopping area. The rapid transit stations were nearby. The price and location was right and I would go back again.

Good location. Walkable to Avenue of Stars promenade and star ferry, about 15 mins walk of 1.5km. Temple street area is just opposite the hotel where there are a lot local eateries. Jordan MTR station entrance is just a stone throw away. Kowloon west HSR station is 10mins taxi ride away and cost about HKD29 without luggage. Hotel room is quite old. There is enough space to open up 2x 27” luggage’s on the floor with a queen bed room. Room have USB socket but bed side does not have any power outlet to put phone on charge near you while you sleep. Standing shower without bath tub. There are 4 lifts but taking list during peak hour like in the morning is pain in the neck ! Cos the lifts are share without office spaces at the lower level. It takes a long time to wait for a lift and if you are unlucky, most of the time the lift will be full! So plan more time to take the lift down . Fridge in the room are those electronics cooling thus it’s not cold enough.

On arrival we were disappointed, especially as we had been spoilt in some fabulous hotels during our China tour, however, on reflection it did the job considering we were only staying two nights and it was just a base to sleep. Location - close to Nathan Road and short walk to metros and harbour front. Lots of eateries and shops around. Taxis outside hotel if needed, Small room, made even smaller with extra bed to make a triple, but very clean and good night's sleep Bathroom very compact but good shower, and very clean. Hotel seems to have plenty of staff, continously working hard which is always a good sign. Noticed beds being moved round and the mattresses looked brand new/spotless - very reassuring All staff from check in to omelette chef were friendly and attentive Good breakfast with sufficient choice - pity no soya milk Hotels in Hong Kong are expensive - this was a good compromise - would recommend

Check in and check out were both really smooth. There are buttons to easily tell the staff whether you want your room to be cleaned or whether you want it to be left alone. Rooms are cleaned well and fast
Sufficient towels and pillows. Good water heating system, and our room had a bathtub. Wifi in the rooms works well
TV only has news channels for some reason. The door is really heavy. To get to your room floor, you need to tap your room card on the lift first. Somehow no one told us, or other patrons as well, so we all suffered the same thing for a while
Staff are always eager to open the main hotel doors for you
Location is very convenient to MTR. Surrounding areas has a lot of food and convenient stores, along with pharmacies.

I stayed at BP International Hotel for one night, and my experience was not what I expected from a 4-star hotel. Check-in was quick and straightforward, which was a good start. However, my room was located at the farthest end of the hallway, which was very inconvenient, especially when lugging heavy suitcases. It felt like I was put in the least favorable room despite not knowing if the hotel was full.
Upon entering, I was greeted by a strong, unpleasant smell of pee in the room, which made me feel nauseous. I went straight back to the front desk to complain, and initially, they suggested I wait for a cleaning lady. I refused, as there was no way I would stay in a room with that odor. They eventually agreed to change my room. The new room was basic at best—definitely not up to 4-star standards, more like a budget two-star setup.
One positive was the powerful shower, which was a nice touch. The hotel provides basic amenities like toothbrushes and cotton buds, but surprisingly no hair conditioner, which felt like a surprising omission for a 4-star property.
The bed was quite hard, which is common in many Asian hotels, so it wasn’t entirely unexpected. I managed to get some sleep, but it wasn’t particularly comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide selection, which was appreciated, but the setting was misleading. The “Cafe in the Park” overlooks a busy street with passing cars, not a park, which felt a bit disappointing. On a brighter note, the waiter in the breakfast area was very welcoming and sweet—his excellent service was a highlight of my stay.
Overall, my experience fell far short of what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The room issues, basic furniture, and misleading aspects left me quite disappointed.

I stayed here for two nights without meals. It was a twin room facing the town, but they gave me a room with a slight view of the harbor. Two small suitcases could be spread out, and it was larger than I expected. There were two outlets on the table, plus a USB, so it was convenient. All the amenities were provided. The only thing was that there was just enough shampoo for two people. It was a good deal, clean, and I have no complaints. There are many restaurants in the area, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat from breakfast to dinner, and it's close to the station, so I think it's a convenient location.

The location of the hotel is very convenient (near Kowloon Park), and the surrounding subway and transportation are very convenient! It's a very historical building, but the environmental sanitation is not very good. The service staff at the counter had a very cold attitude and no warmth! The concierge was better, but there was still room for improvement! The decoration of the room is very old. The only thing I admire is the small cabinet that can be used as a dressing mirror (for storing cosmetics) when the table is lifted! The bathroom is very small. The only thing I appreciate is that the water in the shower head makes me feel very comfortable~ The room was quite cold (even with the air conditioner turned off), so I asked them for an extra blanket, which they did! The catering service on the third floor is good, whether it is the Hu Yingxiang Banquet Hall or the catering department, they are all okay!

We were in a suite on 21st floor. The view was amazing, but smaller windows behind furniture etc. Make you work a little to see view. At night it was breathtaking. The price was comparable for the area breakfast was free with room and standard breakfast items like eggs, toast, pancakes, orange juice, coffee etc. + other local items were available. The eating area is nice. Great location for Kowloon. Walk to water, shopping, market etc. Most everything we needed to do was across the bridge so not the best planning as taxi charges extra $50 hkd when crossing bridge. Small fridge with soda , water etc. Not expensive ( no room service). Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Okay for short stay. The location is good , 5 minutes walk to metro. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Facilities in the room is out dated, the hair dryer is back to the 70’s! The air conditioner is extremely cool. The bed is moderate firm. No electric sockets close to the bed

My stay at the B P International was terrible. The beds were extremely hard, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The reception staff were horrible and very unhelpful. I was deceived about the prices; I was told that payment would be made at the hotel, but they charged me for one night a week before my arrival without any notice. They even threatened to cancel my reservation if I didn’t pay immediately. Also I book a room for three persons and i got a room for two, and supplementary room. Overall, it was a highly disappointing experience and I would not recommend staying here.
