Good location in Kowloon. Lots of restaurants nearby. Close to MTR Courtesy bus from Airport Express Only drink in the bar during happy hour

Fine hotel. Nothing too spectacular, but reasonably priced, clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Within walking distance of the Star Ferry, though there are plenty of taxis around if it's wet.

You are charged per room as long as you can sleep 3 in a bed otherwise if you ask for additional bed then there is extra charge
