Easy access to Canton Road for lots of shopping in Harbour City, Gateway, H&M, Outlet mall, etc. A few minutes of walk to the mtr (go thru Kowloon Park or the side road) is not bad, unless your feet are aching from all the shopping done during the day! Hotel's lower ground floor is connected to a mall, which has...

I was treated like a VIP! Nice gym. The lifts will lead you to different place and street. I love the romantic Pier Side Restaurant. The food is not that great but it's okay. Thank you!

The location is handy, as it is located in the shopping complex and easy access to the ferry to Macau. But it is not that closed to the city centre. Hotel room is incredibly small, and the lift the incredibly slow. The pic I saw on their internet does not represent the actual room view.

They got our room wrong so we stayed in two different rooms. First one on the 12th floor was very dated. Second one on the 17th was better. Service was abismal. Lifts take ages to arrive. Queue at front desk was never less than 15 minutes and staff were completely clueless. Having said that location was excellent!
