The lobby of this hotel is very grand and beautiful, however the rooms are rather dingy in comparison. The staff are fairly helpful, and the room service is excellent, however, for the price of the rooms, there are surely better options available.

We used this hotel as we had more than 16 hour stop over at Hong Kong. We booked this hotel as they offered day use room, exactly what we wanted. Other hotels required us to book for 1 and half days. The hotel has very easy access to public transport can reach the nearest station by taxi. Travel to hotel...

My initial response when Priceline had given me this room through "name your price", was truly skeptical especially after reading tripadvisor's reviews. However when we got there, we were upgraded because of my birthday (which was sweet of them). The hotel is separated by the main lobby building and another section which was quite confusing. After checking in, the receptionist...

This hotel is in a good central location and provides good value for money given high price of many central hotels in Hong Kong. It is also good choice if you are planning to visit Macau as the ferry terminal is in the mall connected the hotel. Only gripes were high internet charges for really slow connection. I think you...

Despite some of the negative reviews, we liked this hotel. The room was small, yet clean and quiet, and the hotel was well located for our main purpose - shopping! We arrived early in the morning from our overnight flight and the staff ensured that our room was ready, well ahead of the published check-in time. As Hong Kong was...

Stayed at the Royal Pacific Hotel and Towers for 2 nights over the weekend 30/7 - 1/8 and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the upgraded Premier Rooms at the 'hotel' - nicely decorated with a great bed, a great view and a nice bathroom. I had breakfast both mornings at the 'cafe on the park' which was better...

Hotel disappointed .. run away on the second day! The smell awful! The hotel is being renovated. I wanted to get some sleep after the flight, but the sounds of drilling and banging did it not possible. The queues at the reception ..

Photos and descriptions on the Royal Pacific's website led my family and me to expect a nicely appointed, higher end hotel. Our collective experience across four separate rooms could not have been more disappointing. For starters, there was an intolerable smell of something rotting masked by an very strong chemical odor in the first room to which I was assigned,...
