The Hotel is above the China Ferry terminal and as such has a host of nearby facilities, without the congestion of the Harbour City, though still within easy reach of both the star ferry, the market areas and the metro stations. The hotel is a little tired and the bathrooms particularly are looking below standard. Check in and out can...

Before my family and I left for Hong Kong i have been checking reviews bout this hotel,i have seen a mix of good and bad reviews and honestly i got worried that i'll end up in a similar situation as the travelers who wrote negative reviews about the Royal Pacific Hotel. After our stay i have concluded that it depends...

We booked at this hotel because they indicated on their website that the rooms were newly refurbished. We booked the premier rooms precisely because they were supposed to have been newly renovated. We get to the hotel & the there is a queue in front of the front desk & a man is there to make sure everyone stays in...

My Family (2 adults & 1 child 11yrs) stayed at the Royal Pacific Hotels and Towers in October 2010. We booked 2 interconnecting rooms in the tower wing classified as premier rooms. The rooms were very spacious especially for Hong Kong and the bathroom was also large. In hindsight 1 room would have been ample for the three of us....

Stayed here for two nights and couldn't wait to leave. The rooms are tiny, furnishings are old and fittings are outdated with very dim lighting. Check in was really slow with lots of paperwork involved, in a sparse reception area that was not air conditioned. The location is really out of the way and a long walk to the MTR...

Returned to this hotel after a disappointing stay about 4 months ago. This stay was much more enjoyable. To avoid the problems of our first visit I booked a better quality room online taking advantage of their stay 3 days and get 20% off deal. I booked a Park Suite but only 23rd floor suites were available and as I...

The lobby of this hotel is very grand and beautiful, however the rooms are rather dingy in comparison. The staff are fairly helpful, and the room service is excellent, however, for the price of the rooms, there are surely better options available.

We used this hotel as we had more than 16 hour stop over at Hong Kong. We booked this hotel as they offered day use room, exactly what we wanted. Other hotels required us to book for 1 and half days. The hotel has very easy access to public transport can reach the nearest station by taxi. Travel to hotel...

My initial response when Priceline had given me this room through "name your price", was truly skeptical especially after reading tripadvisor's reviews. However when we got there, we were upgraded because of my birthday (which was sweet of them). The hotel is separated by the main lobby building and another section which was quite confusing. After checking in, the receptionist...

This hotel is in a good central location and provides good value for money given high price of many central hotels in Hong Kong. It is also good choice if you are planning to visit Macau as the ferry terminal is in the mall connected the hotel. Only gripes were high internet charges for really slow connection. I think you...
